Perfect spot for breakfast or lunch; trust me I came for both on the same visit! Fresh bread and pastries every day. Service was quick, friendly, and very helpful. Also a great coffee hangout; inside seating perfect for that rainy day, the patio was sunny for me and let me kick back and relax! Make sure to check out the daily specials, it surprised me!
The food here is amazing. All bread is baked in house. The restaurant is set up so you can see the entire kitchen. The ovens here are pretty amazing. The inside dining is tables and booths, nothing special. When you arrive you walk through the outside courtyard. When it is not raining there is seating here. The privacy in the courtyard is great considering the restaurant is right on a high traffic road. I will definitely eat here again
A comfortable neighborhood place that obviously has a lot of regulars. Beautiful, airy space for indoor seating and a big patio too. I was just there for a snack and a place to do some writing, but they have a generous menu of full meals too. Many pastry options, both sweet and savory. I will say that the blueberry scone I had was just average - more of a cake-like texture than a scone - but the homey atmosphere and attentive, friendly service more than made up for it!
Very helpful staff willing to work with my needs. Amazing coffee very good prices. Best place in Oregon yet for coffee and vegetarian choices. Eugene has an amazing place here. Great for business meeting and homework. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Parking was not bad. Hours were nice. It was not too busy. Was quite inside too.
Nice place. Decent healthy food. Very good service.First time my friends and I ate indoors their since the pandemic started. We have been sitting outside wherever we meet since it started.The food is a bit bland for my taste. I wanted country style sausage gravy on potatoes. Their gravy is not spicy or that flavorful to my taste. They said it was pork gravy but it was not a very strong flavor. There were mushroom in the gravy - which is alright with me - but they tasted stronger than the pork.

Bland food from good ingredients at a decent price. If you have dietary restrictions, or just an upset stomach, this is a very nice place.Their baked goods are their strong point, as the name would indicate, but to be certain, they are not an actual bakery.

So much good breakfast food and pastries. There's always a place to sit. Last time I went I saw a cat, a puppy, and an old dog. 10/10, I love me some New Day Bakery.
