This is another amazing place to eat. It offers a wonderful unique taste, while offering superior customer service. You can taste the fresh ingredients they use. I can distinctly taste the ingredients that I choose. The meat wasn’t overcooked or dry. I have eaten at many burrito shops and they have surpassed them all so far. On top of that today they have solidified my impression of superior customer service. I ordered online and accidentally ordered at the wrong location. I think they perceived I was frustrated. Honestly, not at them. I was frustrated with myself. The gave me a complimentary burrito. It completely changed and humbled me. Their show of compassion change the coarse of my day. I will be eating here again soon!
Tasty vegan options. I hoped for a vegan sour cream/cheese option. While they did not offer a vegan version of that, they did however offer bottomless chips.Similar to Chipotle,.however customer service was far superior and I didn't feel like I was being rushed along an assembly line.Kudos for the silverware use, which eliminates unnecessary plastic in the landfill.
Totally surprised by how good healthy and affordable Mucho Gusto price menu is. Their standard $8.95 burrito either traditional wrap or bowl/plate, (I choose the bowl/plate) and it was the bomb meal that satisfied my appetite and stayed with me all day. It's my new best healthy affordable place to eat and highly recommend you try it. Awesome!
We ate here tonight. The service is excellent. The food is amazing. The employees are so kind and helpful. Never had a bad meal. Again, the service here is beyond 5 star. It's a shame they get bad reviews for those that get upset about the ridiculous mask bs. These employees are not the mask police. They aren't here to do Kate browns bidding. Stop giving negative reviews to good business and good people because you live in fear of standing up in a restaurant. Just get your food to go.

The food here is always fresh and quality! It’s sad that they are not enforcing the mask mandate at their Oakway location. Many customers came in w/o masks after we were seated with our food. It was our choice to sit inside, which we quickly regretted. No staff member asked them to put masks on while ordering or walking around restaurant.
Where to begin..For starters please never assume your customer base doesn't SPEAK spanish if you are going to talk trash about them right in front of there faces. Also can you please clean you restrooms and refill the paper towels?Ok now for the review, This was the second time in a row that the staff has so hastily thrown together my food and without waiting for a response have thrown a handful of cheese onto my burrito...Heres the kicker, the first time the person turned around with the plate and attempted to pick it off! That is so nasty, yesterday they "boys" tried to pick it off again!! When I requested they remake the burrito the 3 of them continued to make fun of us in Spanish thinking we were completely oblivious, neither burrito was wrapped properly. Mine leaked like crazy and the wife just squeezed her filling out of the tortilla.When the wife ordered a cocktail the check out guy made her pull down her mask for what seemed an inappropriate amount of time saying he's "not sure"..Shes 35, manages one of the best beers spots in all of eugene but here is the even weirder thing, you wanted to see my ID even though I'm ordering a Soda? I'm 40 years old with a grey beard? It was total descrimination and super weird, We won't be coming back and I'll be telling everyone I know.Food was just OK as well.
Friendly staff the meats are really good and chips as well. great Prices for a good amount of food they give you. Very fresh and clean space.
I have come here with my husband a few times. We have not been disappointed with food or service. People are polite when getting the order. They have burrito bowls that are just as good as a burrito. I definitely recommend coming here.
Is always hit or miss. If you love getting gas, get some mucho gusto.
