Extremely disappointed. When I got here there were 3 other people in the restaurant, with 2 people ahead of me, and a seemingly full crew working. I've been standing here for a half an hour, they burnt my pizza as well as the order before mine (an online order) and the 2 orders after me. They didn't bother to let any of us know, we had to go up and ask after 30 minutes, as they were handing out later orders left and right. There's also screaming kids running around everywhere, pretty rough on someone who just wanted some pizza to go.
Wide variety of toppings! They even have dairy free cheese which is great for my sensitive stomach. Very friendly employees. The pizza and salads taste amazing
Solid place to eat. Crew is friendly. Fast, and relatively cheap considering how expensive pizza can be. This place let's you get creative. The big guy with the backwards hat was very friendly. I don't particularly like the crowd here though.
We all loved getting to customize our own pizza. They turned out perfect and everyone was happy. Reasonably priced for individual sized pizzas.

Traveling through Eugene in Covid times, we wanted an indoor late dining option that still felt safe. It was perfect: Clean and airy building, transparent cooking process, super fast, and as healthy as fast food can get. We had cauliflower crust - very good! The pizza came on paper on a porcelain plate - great! What I didn't like: The draft beer came in a PLASTIC cup. The beer tastes better in a glass, and I hate the waste. I would not order beer again there for that reason.

We ordered from their private delivery service. We had to call separate times to even complete the order, and we should have stopped there. They did deliver on time, but did not deliver the whole order, not did they even knock on the door. The only way we knew the pizza was at our house was because our dog barked once. The pizza was sitting outside, in 40 degree rain. The other part of the order was not there. They did refund our nonexistant salad, but it was our first time, and last time ordering from Mod.
