I bought a sausage breakfast sandwich from them this morning, and the sausage on it was shriveled up and burnt. i’d rather not spend $10 on a sandwich and not be able to eat it. Also the lady at the front was being very rude to the costumer in-front of me.
Good breads, excellent croissants, excellent carrot cake (the only one I've ever really liked, but a bit more dense than most). If you want a ham and cheese croissant, either order ahead or call it in for pick up the day before. Otherwise they are gone! I always order ahead for everything.
The bread is very well made, unfortunately the service was terrible, we preordered for pickup a dozen baguets for a party and when I arrived to get them it took the staff 30 minutes to acknowledge I was in the store and to hand me the bread that was waiting for me. There was not another customer in the store. I will be buying my breads from another location in the future.

Not Good Value. We've been regular customers for about 15 years. In the last couple, we noticed portion size on cake slices get smaller, but the price increases. This cannot be attributed to the pandemic since this trend seems to have started before Covid.
Ok pies but way overpriced! We bought 3 pies for Thanksgiving pumpkin, apple crumble, and marion berry. They cost over $115 and tasted like grocery store pies that would have cost half as much. The apple was good, but the other 2 lacked flavor. We will be trying another bakery next time we're in town.

One can't place the blame for this on the pandemic since this trend began before Covid. This past visit will be my last.

Gastronomic Delight! - I was surprised by my wife for my 53rd b-day with a ginormous Cream Puff that was so delicious. We enjoyed the special of the day: Vegetarian Asparagus & Jarlsberg cheese quiche, Salad and Baguette. I imagined being back at a Parisian street side café (Le Quasimodo Notre Dame). Again, so much food that it was hard to finish. Loved it. Thank you for the amazing experience.
