Had about an hour and a half break before heading back into work, I went to McDonald’s to get something fast, but their drive thru line was a mess. It ended up taking me at least 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru only to have not received my hash browns, and only two items were even right. This location is always super slow and so often gets an item wrong.EDIT: Changed from one star to three. Tbh, I feel bad leaving such a bad review when it's most likely short staffed. It seems like the place has improved in the last few months, but still often find some things get a bit messed up :)
They do a good job. Edit: this has become the WORST McDonald's in the area, especially after today. Not only was I treated in a condescending manner but I had to ask for a refund and did not get to eat my lunch. That manager needs to be fired after the way I was treated. It's not hard to make 1 sandwich (literally all I order each day) correctly and then to be treated the way I was is absolutely uncalled for. I will be speaking to people above this woman. 12pm on 5/23/2022 for timestamp reference as to who was on duty this day.
Let me start by saying that my family has given this establishment several opportunities in the last five years. This is among the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in nearly 40 years.You wait for cold food, the soda is almost always flavorless and out of syrup, and I’ve never been able to speak with a Manager. I’ve tried to call management regarding missing items, and their voicemail inbox is always full (meaning I cannot leave a message). TL;DR take your dollars elsewhere, they’ll be better spent damn near anywhere else.
I might give a better rating if I was actually able to buy their food or get services. it's midnight and I just got off work. like so many others I'm just trying to get back on my feet after COVID. I recently lost my vehicle to reposession, so I tried walking thru the drive thru to order me and 6er pm loo son food. I'm a full time single parent. this McDonald's is 24 hours but I didn't see anybody at the window so I called. the extremely rude woman on the phone told me I couldnñt place an order over the phone so I asked can I just order at the window. I explained it's for my 15 year old son but she told me to leave if I didn't have car. how understanding McDonald's is to the struggles of their community. no more of my business
Today I try to order something. Get ignored. Repeat. 3 times. Guy can't get the thing right. Dunno why, rarely face true incompetence here.Ended up just beelining out of line. Getting tired of incompetence. Pay people to do a job right so we stop suffering or don't own a business.
I pick up food here for my son's breakfast sometimes. They always get his special order correct. Plus they're always friendly and fast! Truly exceptional!
Not going again , walk in is closed before 7:00 pm at two different locations my vehicle is too big for the drive up ? You can look stupid and can walk through the drive-thru. What kind of customer service is that ? Going to start making coffee myself and cooking my own breakfast.. fu McDonald's ....
I give McDonald's props, if eaten correctly you won't have to worry about the weight gain or heart problems. They always will hold a fond, nostalgic memory with me . I remember when it was a treat, and still to this day it is meant as a treat or reward in my family, not an everyday decision.
This location has nice workers, but they never fill the french fries all the way (most mcdonald’s will overflow them) and i asked for mac sauce on the side, but got none on the side or even on my sandwich. I will give them another shot at a later date.
I'm a harsh critic of McDonalds so 3 stars doesn't mean this place is aweful, I just cant eat anything but the hashbrowns or i get sick. I can also handle an Ice cream cone if they are actually serving them. This location seems to either actually have a broken down ice cream machine or really doesn't like making them..hehe. I went through the other day to get my friends some food and got an ice cream cone and another thing to watch for is if they are in a hurry they can sometimes send you off without the cone. Haven't experience any bad customer service from this location which seems to be more often found at many places so I'm glad they have a happy crew.
