They have all kind of amazing bagels here, bagel sandwiches and great cream cheeses. Make sure to get here before noon if you want to have all the bagel options as they usually sell out!
New owner has done a great job refreshing the interior, as well as offering delicious locally roasted coffee (Farmers Union). Staff is friendly and bagels were fantastic. I had bagels and lox and really loved it. My kids like the chocolate and blueberry bagels. They offer several breakfast and sandwich options. The space is also kid friendly, including kid play table and toys. Bathrooms were very clean. Well done!
make a wheat free bagel & i’ll be a regular!so many ppl have intolerance & worse to wheat...SO MANYu’ll increase ur customers a Lot & don’t have to worry about gluten free or cross contamination ...simply offer a “wheat free” option...so easy (buckwheat is a great alternative, it’s not actually wheat despite the name)
Hands down the best bagels in town. The bacon, egg, & cheese on an everything bagel was perfection. Nicely done, Ben!
We have loved these bagels for some time but had dwindled our visits because of cleanliness. I just stopped in to the shop under the new ownership and what a brilliant transition. The new owner knew exactly all of what desperately needed change, all while keeping everything that didn’t: the food and the people.I highly recommend giving them another visit! The dining space is much more inviting for dine-in (clean!) and the creativity among the same chefs is flourishing. We’ll be back far more frequently now and are so thrilled for this local, and now former employee-owned, business to become a Eugene staple.
I've been here 4 or 5 times since the new owner took over in the last month. It's always fantastic! I tend to get the Good and Evil though this is the first time they had bialys when I got here! So excited to try that! It's a little noisy and always crowded but that's a good sign! They also do profit sharing among the staff which is great for the staff. 100% recommend to anyone!
Real bagels! Better than bagel sphere although I like those too I'm from the east side of Cleveland and lived in NYC for a few years. These are not quite as jaw- clenchingly chewy as Bialy's or H&H but I honestly prefer that. Reminds me of Brueggers.
Stopped in today and grabbed some breakfast. So happy we did! The options are fantastic! The employees were all friendly and helpful. They had some great suggestions. The bagels are a perfect crispy outside, chewy inside. Can't wait to go back to try the Mediterranean cream cheese! I heard it described after I had already ordered mine and it sounds soooo good!
I just came back from Oakland, CA where I had one of the best bagels of my life. I was inspired to find the best place in Eugene so I went to Reddit and found lox, stocks! Wow! I'm so happy such an incredibly delicious bagel place exists here. This is my go to bagel place now.
WOW! Amazing staff and amazing bagels!Was craving a bagel and I came across this place. With a long line I didn’t see too many bagels out but was informed I could preorder ones from the oven (only a 10 minute wait).This was so seriously worth it. The bagels and cream cheese were so fresh, warm, and flavorful. The everything bagel was absolutely to die for. Would highly recommend that with the chive cream cheese.I know they are under new ownership as of recent and I hadn’t been prior to the change. With that said, the staff and bagels were stunning. Would highly recommend if you wanting bagels.
