Came here in a Wednesday at 530pm which they're supposed to be open but it's closed. 2nd time I'm visiting Eugene from out of town wanting to eat here but they're closed during business hours. No sign saying why they're closed. Just closed for no reason. Very unprofessional. Edit: Called them twice on a Thursday at 5pm which is regular business hours, no answer. Two days in a row they're closed during regular business hours with no reason posted on their door as to why they're closed.
Used to really love this place but sure wish they’d be open when they say they are. Many times I’ve placed an order or drive there & they aren’t open when they say. The food is always a bit undercooked and not well flavored
I just showed up to this restaurant and waited in the lot across the street for them to open. When i called at about 4:32 to place a carry out order, a woman answered and said "lotus garden, how may I help you?" I responded with "hi yes I'd like to place an order for take out," and she hung up on me!I gave her the benefit of the doubt at first, thinking the call just dropped. I called back 3 times and each time, it went to voice-mail (which was full, by the way.) This is terrible customer service. I was disappointed because I've been wanting to try this place. Too bad. I'm not coming back.
We try and eat here at least every month and are never disappointed by the food Or the friendly staff I go to is the wonton soup with steamed veggie buns so so good

Drove down from WA to try it out. Used their website to check most recent hours. TWICE they've been closed in the middle of their day (12-1, not 2:30-4:30 when they're supposed to be closed) which was a GIGANTIC DISAPPOINTMENT. No signs on the door, no apologies, no Closed sign. Glad we didn't pay for parking before trying again!!!!!
Nice to have a vegan and vegetarian friendly restaurant in town. Everything is made well and you can tell it’s fresh.

Love this place! Great traditional style Chinese food. Never have to worry about meat in my order cause this whole place is actually all vegan! I can't wait for dine-in service again at this lovely place (: thank you!
