I went in to get an order to go. I ordered Street Tacos from the Happy Hour menu that was suppose to be $9. I was told by the waiter that they would not be $9, they'd be $12. Since I was in a hurry, I ordered them & waited about 20 minutes. There was 3 of them with very little ingredients along with a bag of chips & 1 small container of salsa & 1 green Verde salsa. Not happy for the price & I will not be returning.
Great customer service and communication, good maners when we came in they help us right away. Food is really good my kids love it and margaritas are really delicious. I will recommend anyone whose looking for a good Great Mexican restaurant it's very clean and beautiful, Roberto and Lety were are servers they were checking on us often making sure we needed anything always with a smile highly recommended Los potrillos Eugene...
Great food, great drinks, great service and two pool tables and a dart board (steel tip!) in the back room, very cool place. I can highly recommend their pollo ala crema.Best margarita I've ever tasted too.
We had nearly 30 people and the service was amazing!! We were all paying separately and they had a fantastic system for taking the orders from one table where the parents were, to the other tables were the teenagers were. Being a large party, I expected we would be waiting a long time and that was not so at all! We didn’t have to wait very long at all for drinks or for our food and we were actually done within an hour and a half. Attentive, prompt, very respectful and caring it was a WONDERFUL experience!!
Place was nice, food was below average on authentic Mexican cuisine: the salsa that came with our chips tasted store bought, over seasoned and overcooked fajitas, ok fish tacos AND no Corona beer. The wait was short, friendly waiters, but won’t return again bcuz of the so-so food.
If you want authentic Mexican food, don't go here. Their enchiladas are really just burritos, their menudo is inedible and the burgers are just as disgusting. They couldn't even get a margarita to be tasty. Really awful food. I spent $90 on gross food. Awesome.
The prices were good and the food was great. The waiter took time to make us feel welcome and answered all of our questions. I will definitely be back.
Went there for the first time. Was quite impressed with the attentive service and quality food. We'll be going back to Los Potrillos soon!
Excellent service and food. Drinks are large and strongly mixed. The margaritas were awesome.
Yummmmm and great service... only issue was that tried to come on a friday but they closed at 8:30 instead of 10 like it says on their sign and the website...
