The last 2 times we've ordered to-go, they've forgotten the little things. The hot mustard, sesame seeds, sweet & sour, etc. This time? We literally has to finish cooking our meals. The veggies in the Broccoli Beef were extremely undercooked. We had to finish frying all of the shrimp, chicken, and pork. How do you send something out that isn't fully cooked?!

Been going here since I was super young and it was still over by Staples. Still my go-to for good Chinese/American fare, and my only complaint has only ever been the mass of leftovers I have every time. Portions are generous for the price and everything is a hit from the soups to the combo dinners.
Food was pretty good but watch out for the weird online extra charges! I order food to pick up often & have never encountered such ridiculous extreme fees!! actually doubled the cost of our order, & we needed to order more food!!

My friend and I got severe food poisoning.When I contacted the restaurant I was told go see a doctor. Refused to offer a replacement meal or any other compensation. I have eaten at Lok Yaun for about 40 years, I will not eat there again.
My order had hair in it. When I took it back, the person who helped me initially wouldn't come to help and then did it coldly. I know this restaurant is not a two star grade all the time, but in this instance and at that time, they were.

If you are an average American and don't know better you'd say Lok Yaun was good Chinese food. It's below average American style cliche food. Not worthy to be called cuisine. My order was orvercookeked rice with soy sauce, sliced bbq pork was hard, and chicken was dry. Garbage rating. Garbage!!!!
