Not a good spot for vegetarians. Yes they have veggie patties but they charge extra for it. Every burger comes with bacon so you have to ask for no bacon but you can’t sub anything for it. So you get double penalized for being vegetarian, which, i get it, it’s a burger joint. But i just think it’s weird to have to pay extra to not eat meat. The fries were good and the sauces were decent. The veggie burger was pretty terrible, super thin and tasteless, covered in the peanut butter sauce, which was super sweet. The bun was mushy. My meat eater friends seemed happy.
Husband and I stopped her for lunch after visiting Voodoo Donuts, passing through town. Some interesting choices of food. I was brave a tried the peanut butter Pickle Bacon Burger. Interesting choice combo. Actually good. Staff friendly. Music had some good choices, but too loud for a conversation and it was only 3pm. Unfortunately the burgers were over cooked as well as the French fries were also overcooked. Unfortunately we won't make an effort to eat there again.
Had just arrived in the city when someone suggested we eat here. Truly impressive - huge burgers with impressive variety of flavors. We loved the Teemah burger (focus on bleu cheese) and the Fun Guy burger. Plenty of fries. Soooo delicious. Lots of flavor and hefty serving sizes. Not only do I recommend this location, but I plan to return! Our order was called in, ready to pick up when we arrived, and accurate. All good things to say about it.....

Damn good burgers. They used to have unlimited fries, no more. Great selection of craft beers in their half-service bar. (No catering to table) - 11.50 meals with vegan options (lettuce wrapped veg burger, ketchup, mustard, bbq options)
Great burgers. Good help at the ordering station.We each had the classic with the works. I was surprised to see that bacon was on it. Tasty. A small but good selection of draft beer on tap. They have a paper towel dispenser at each table which came in handy because regular napkins would not have been a match for the juice dripping from the burger, along with the oil from the fries.My one complaint was the sound system. They have speakers distributed around the room and they were blairing loud distorted music. I would probably have liked it better if it weren't do distorted. Mostly modern high energy youthful music. We and everyone around us had to talk very loud to have a conversation. I probably won't go back because of that.
The service is fine. The people are fine. The atmosphere isn't bad either. But the food, that's a different story. Respectfully, if you're looking for the most underwhelming burger experience in Eugene... this is the spot. I've tried this place three times. I want to like it but i simply can't. The burger is wet, flavorless, and will leave you thinking that you should have spent your $13 elsewhere.
Overall it was a good experience, the atmosphere is nice. I do agree that the music is a little loud, it just makes normal conversation a little harder. The food was good, I tried their Peanut Butter pickle Bacon Burger. It was good just made and slid apart. And their fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Best fries in eugene. Classic cheese burger is always my order. Like the vipe, decorations, music background, the staff very professional and friendly. Super fast serving. Overall best recommendation for burger and fries. Really liked the fries fresh crispy outside and very smooth and tender inside well done ??
i checked in for an online order and the guy at the counter told me it would just be another couple minutes so i said cool, i’ll wait right here. couple minutes later i see a bagged order brought to the front, the same guy pointed at me, and then proceeded to place the order on the shelf. 20 minutes later i asked another staff member if my order was ready, and he went and pulled the same bagged order i saw before and handed it to me. unacceptable. didn’t offer to replace it or anything, just sent me on my way. terrible customer service and terrible staff.
