I order a bucket of chicken on Mother’s Day for my 75 year old mother. I have ordered several times before using DoorDash. The chicken was so salty it was inedible. I will never order kfc again.
Let's see...ordered a 3pc Tender meal. Wasn't told they were out and there was a wait till after I paid.Was asked to pull around for a 2 minute wait. Over 10 minutes later as I was coming in to see what's going on, the person meets me at the door with my food.No biscuit, but got butter and honeyNo ice in my cupNo napkinNo sauce- tho I was asked what kind, twice.Do better KFC
This was a terrible dining experience, chicken was tough, and greasy. Biscuit was old and dryed out, mashed potatoes and gravy was cold and some what tasteless. Have been a KFC customer for 35 years but most likely I won't return last $40.00 I will waste on KFC. Do your self a favor and don't waste your hard earned money.
The classic chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich on the market. I love the pairing of the mayo and pickles with moist on the inside, crunchy on the outside, top quality breast meat. Treat your self, and ask for extra pickles.
Still got to wonder why Popeyes is not in this location. KFC is overpriced, and at this location, takes a long time, and is in a bad spot logistically. There isn't any spicy available on tenders and what I got was not very tasty. Also the one extra thing I asked for and I even asked about the sauce before I ordered it and they still forgot it. I'm not very satisfied with this KFC. More than 1 star because it was still edible and didn't kill me. The staff was neutral, they were not nice nor rude.
Charged almost $6 for a large fry that didn't even fill the container. I asked if this was normal but the girl lied insisting she filled it up and put extra in.
Omg THIS PLACE!!!! We wanted some fried chicken and this was our last resort because we didn't want to cook! So we go there it wasn't busy at all yay, we drove across town haha we order the 36$ special& talk to the guy at the window ask him about the sides he packs our food hands it out and we get home and it's missing the mashed potatoes and gravy =( so we call the girl was super rude and hung up on my daughter. We drove back across town and the girl would not give her managers name or number for further follow up about the disrespectful way that we were treated about missing food in a special that they themselves designed and put out every day. Honestly that lady needs to be fired for her horrible customer care. Won't return to this place
Not a very good experience the smallest chicken tenders I've ever seen shorted us a soda pop and the other soda mixture was bad did not taste like Pepsi Pepsi in the bag was good not sure if I would say it's worth the money
Not a very fast location. My shortest wait has been 10 minutes. The longest was over 45 minutes. And we have received incorrect orders multiple times. We only go here occasionally because it is the only KFC nearby.
I show up and ask for my order under my girlfriends name. The female working with a headset blankly says, “your name is not on here.” And then walks away. After a few minutes of figuring things out on my own, a nicer guy comes and gets my order. Perfect. So I get my drinks and go to the fountain where there’s no lids. I then walk back over to the register, also there is no customers in the store and two in the drive through, and wait another few minutes where I make eye contact with three employees. The young lady from the beginning then walks right up and then away from me, sipping a soda.
