We went in and ordered a 99, 56, 9 and 8, all regular. These things were literally all perfect. Took a couple extra minutes for the hot subs than the cold, but we got to watch them cook it and it was absolutely worth the wait. My best suggestion is add jalapeño to anything you order and don't sleep on the tasty cakes.
REVISED FOR HELPFULNESS, 12/21/21. This is not a comprehensive review since I didn't eat the subs I bought for others. However, as a first-time customer, I found the procedural signage lacking. When facing the counter, the line starts on the right side. You move right to left, ordering items for your sandwich from different employees as you move down the line. Pay at the cash register on the left, after ordering. However, the biggest issue I encountered would likely not pass a health inspection: after paying, the cashier put her bare hands into the INSIDE of the drink cups to pull them from the stack. I asked her for new cups, with her touching only the OUTSIDE. She seemed confused by the request and asked another employee for assistance. Most places stack their cups upsidedown to avoid this issue. However, it appeared this store stacked them right side up, forcing the cashier to use her dirty hands to pull each one out from inside the cup. Regardless of how they were stacked, she inserted her hands into the inside of the cup. I appreciate the comments from the manager on this post to address this issue and assume it will be addressed.
IMPECCABLE service! They had my sandwich ready for me before I even paid and I was the only one in the restaurant. Every time I’ve come to this location all the staff has been super nice and helpful and quick. 10/10 service and sandwich. Bomb.com
I tried calling my order in for over 20 minutes and got nothing but a busy signal. When I arrived at the store and told the guy cooking he snapped at me that nobody’s called. His coworker checked the phone and said the other phone was left on. I placed my order and told the girl who took my order I was leaving but would be right back to pick up my order. When I returned and went to pay they couldn’t find my order. The snappy cook came over snapped at the others that he called my name multiple times and since I didn’t answer he threw my sandwich away. I told him that I told his coworker I would be right back. He ignored me and the p i c told him to remake it. He made the sandwich wrong. I was given the sandwich for free but it was not what I ordered. I didn’t know it was wrong until I got home. This was on Thursday the 23rd. It was not even busy. Horrible communication and service

I was pretty happy to visit this location on a decent busy Saturday while the Ducks game was ending. We received good service and I was satisfied with the portion size as well as the food quality. The dining room was a bit soulless in design and feel, but the restrooms were amazing.I had two concerns, one being high prices. Upwards of $2.50 for a can of their own brand soda. Yikes! Also, there was a young man behind the counter that was wearing a visor but not a hairnet. Unfortunately, with his length of curly hair, I felt like I was going to receive a cute little curly in my sandwich. But, I was presently surprised I did not get one. Good deal.Their fountain root beer soda was really good. Just not over $2.50 a can good :)
Best chain restaurant for subs I have found!
Ordered online , asked them to out easy green and red peppers , but they decided not to out any on there ... On top of that , I went in to pick my order up at the time I was told it would be ready , I was told that it was coming right up . I stood there for 10 minutes until I went uo and asked again where my sandwich was , and apparently they had it ready before I had even gotten there . My sandwich was not only made wrong , but I received it luke warm .
Ordered 3 sandwiches for my work lunch on 9.18. When I called to place the order the lady was very rushed and I could tell she was just trying to get me off the phone - I had 1 substitution request on each sandwich. When I went to pick them up not 1 but all 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly. Very disappointing as 1 person now will not eat their sandwich. Will not be back
Ordered on-line so I could pick up lunch on my 30 minute break. Ordered at 11:00am, order to be picked up at 11:24am. Arrived to pick up and the employees helped walk in customer after customer after customer. My one sandwich was finally ready at 11:40. It took 40 minutes for one sandwich. Customers that came in after me, ordered, received, & ate before mine was ready. Unacceptable way of running a chain. Great food, poor customer service.
