Hands down one of the best places to go to. My buddies and I went to Eugene for some things and decided to get some food. We decided on this lounge and honestly, I’ll make sure we go back. The second we came in the bartender/server greeted us with such warmth even tho it appeared she was working alone. I believe her name was Ragen. She got us drinks very fast. Not only was she quick but she also had the best attitude I’ve ever seen from someone in the service industry. (I’ve also worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years) the food was absolutely amazing, I had 0 complaints.The highlight was definitely our server tho, she needs a raise. She was funny and kind and made sure that we had an amazing time. 10/10 will come back.
This bar is a 10/10 the food was great, atmosphere was great an this was a spear of the moment stop after me an some friends decided to come to Eugene. The bartender was also SOO such a sweet heart and absolutely great. She made sure myself as well as my two friends had plenty of food an drinks. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in Eugene ?
Drive bar with great food, fun location and a good pour. When in town I will definitely visit. The taco salad was big, yummy and full of flavor.
We got charged for plates we did not order, that were accidentally put at our table (not claimed, just placed). We were a large group so after many of them sat for 10-15 minutes, we assumed they were ordered by one of our party who had left, and wanting to avoid food waste some were pecked at. Later the waitress came up and demanded we pay for these dishes that we didn't order, and after a very condisending shaming, she made us one by one claim and pay for these dishes. Many of us have worked in restaurants before, and knew this was wrong but were not wanting to be problem customers so eventually gave in. The food was very unspectacular anyways. Needless to say none of us will ever be going to jackalope again.
I've never been disappointed by a meal. They always have yummy drink specials. The bartenders are always super friendly.
Friendly bartender and a fun setting. Games upstairs or take your drink out to enjoy in in the fresh air:) no minors or kids:)
Great place with some of the best staff that anyone could ever hope to be served by. The prices, the people that frequent the Jackalope, the way it's decorated it all adds up to the best food and beverage establishment that have seen since the early 90s.
Cozy little bar that has the dive bar motif but isn't entirely "grungy". Located right next to the train station it attracts a diverse group of people, old and young, all pleasant. Great food menu, and great prices for both food and drinks.Bartenders are all very sweet as well. Definitely will continue to be my after work bar. :)

Food is good. Bartender was friendly amd engaging as well as funny. Kinda dark and dank inside.
