All of the Jack in the box locations in Eugene are garbage. Probably the worst fast food chain in town. It's a pity because Jack in the box is a great franchise!

The food is good but items I asked for that are currently on the menu they said are discontinued. If you don't sell it anymore than don't advertisements it.
Zero stars is deserved They refused to serve me as a customer because I wasn’t in a vehicle and yet their lobby was closed if this is Service means to them when people trying to pay them for their goods and service then hopefully they’ll be out of business soon.

Guy at window was quick to grab $$ but had no clue how much order was. When he finally was able to tell us when handing out order...he just slammed the window, walked away & kept the coin change.
