In A Nutshell:-Izumi Sushi is a good place to grab some raw fish in Eugene.-They have some really nice choices such as uni, toro & bluefin tuna.-They also have salmon skin rolls, hamachi kama & chirashi.-The restaurant is fairly big & shaped like a [ -shape.Overall, its a good sushi restaurant to satisfy your cravings if you live or visit Oregon Duck Country
Food was really great. Standard sushi prices. Pretty packed. But all in all great experience. Nice servers. Not too long of a wait, even when super busy. We'll definitely be back. ?
We lived nearby for a few years then relocated a year and half ago. While we lived in Eugene we were regulars. We returned today and jumped back into the sports bar and by chance ‘our’ table was available! Mason.. bar tender - server extraordinaire... remembered us and took care if us with his customary first class service!! ❤️ Izumi offers the best sushi I've had in my life... anywhere..!! They take special care.... And their offerings are not only beautifully presented but extraordinarily saporous (my big word for the day - Google it..its a fun word?). Just know.. you won't go away unhappy!! ?? Pics to follow when we have better data connect!!
Went for my birthday and everything was great! I got sashimi and the cut were awesome, everything was delicious! The staff was super friendly as well.

Great place to Sake and Dine the night away. Everything was fresh and delicious. As a sushi amateur I was overwhelmed and the waitress let me order way too much food for my date and I. Very easy to go way overboard. Still left very pleased plus leftovers.

Staff is incredibly rude. The chef was working without protective gear and started cursing me in his native tongue because I was there to pick up an order a few minutes before they opened. Mind you this is a third party delivery system that they have set up this way.
I called in an order at 6:00pm tonight, was told it would be ready in about 35-45 minutes. I arrived at 6:40, and didn’t get my food until 8:45pm. I waited for two rolls for 2 hours after I was told it would be done. I know it was a busy night & I’m very understanding if something is taking a little longer than expected or if a business is short staffed, but that is not an excuse for a business to have take out orders be more than a two hour wait. If you can’t get orders out with in a reasonable time you need to put a hold on take out orders. It was pretty frustrating watching other people that were waiting in the entrance say they put in their order at a time before I did & leave before I was to get my food with orders larger than mine. After waiting for two hours, I was not given any discount or refund for the inconvenience.
I have been waiting 2 HOURS for my pick up food and no one seems to care. I paid $100 for food. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable! If I hadn’t been waiting for so long I would be asking for a refund and going somewhere else but at this point I have waited too long to just leave
