Hubby went to Eugene and brought back excellent cookies... White chocolate macadamia!! Yummy!! Hope they bring over up here too!! They do mail-order too!!
The cookies and ice cream are very delicious, the price is not to expensive. I choose ice cream cookies with vanilla ice cream with classic chocolate chips and Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie. I recommend it to you.
This place is a waste of money and their cookies are more like cakes. It was way too rich. Plus the staff were not very friendly. I would not recommend! Instead, check out Benny’s donuts or Sugar J’s in Corvallis for a better experience.

customer service is terrible, hope you don’t get isabella she’s nothing but rude and wouldn’t stop sighing and rolling her eyes. genuinely shocked at how rude she was, and hope you enjoy somebody making your food that came straight out of the bathroom without knowing if they washed their hands or not.
I ordered cookies for my father in Oregon (on a Tuesday) and this was the designated store to ship from. I was immediately charged for my order and a shipping label was created via Fed Ex and said delivery date was for the following Sat. Saturday comes and goes and the package hasn't even been given to Fed Ex. I emailed the Eugene store and someone from there replied that they were "behind with orders" and she would expedite my order and send my email to the bakery dept. so they could be aware of a shipment that was ready to pack. OK... A week later, still no shipment or delivery. I had to contact the corporate office and ask why the delay? The gal I spoke with at corporate claimed there was an "IT problem" on Eugene's end. Whatever... I never received my order and demanded a full refund. Such a hassle. No one could ever give me a proper answer as to why my order was never shipped. Last time ordering from this company - ever. Their customer service is nil.
