Do yourself a favor and give this unique food truck a try! I have had a few different items from their menu and all were great. The chicken and waffles meal was my favorite. I grew up in the southern U.S. and let me tell you, they were authentic and delicious. The owner gave me a sample of the icecream he makes using local cream, and it was truly some of the best I've had. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend and will return. I tried them in Veneta however they do move around.
The chicken sandwich was GREAT. The chicken was moist and crispy. Sadly it fell apart very easily and made quite the mess. Worth it tho! ?
Utterly delicious! Can't say enough besides, GO TRY THEIR CHICKEN & WAFFLES! Maple bacon ice cream?! Holy bananas, this food is delicious. 5 stars over and over. Yum!

Got stuck in traffic and was happy to find the food was warm and ready to go. Service was fast and friendly. Downside: chicken strips instead of chicken on the bone, not a lot of chicken or waffle for the price, waffle was burned and dry. Since the other reviews are so good, I may try again just to see if they were having an off day?
Used to be my favorite food truck in town. Can no longer support as the new owner is the same person who owned the Zingaro truck. As a previous employee of his first truck I witnessed his abuse to his customers and employees first hand and lack of proper food safety storage for raw meats and vegetables & properly practicing dating and FIFO with food products/ingredients. A new truck will not fix the old problems when they stem from the owner.
