I always call ahead to pre order my fiancés lunch I drop off. I was running behind this day and called to hear that she was too busy to take my order over the phone and I’d have to wait in the line when I arrived. Well I had my son get online and place my order knowing my fiancé wouldn’t get lunch if I didn’t. To my surprise there was not a single soul inside that building. Not happy about that one. Otherwise I’ve had no issues and food is great.
Delicious! I love the pork in particular—juicy and flavorful. Same price as a plate at Panda Express but tastes way better and I love to support a local spot. Dining room is a little barren, but I think they may be in the middle of a remodel?? Doesn’t matter, I’m not here for the decor.

Been going to this location for years last few times only got 1 sauce per person... Tonight was the worst ever broccoli not even cooked only got 1 sauce per person... Even though we tipped and requested EXTRA sauce the Mac was bland and waterd down... And I only got maybe 4 pieces of chicken and mushrooms in my order and I specifically asked for no mushrooms !! I always tip I'm always nice but the last few times I've been there the food has been bland... And the window person was distant and on another planet.... Will not be going back this location would rather go out of my way to go to a different Hawaiian restaurant.
Asked me twice to clarify my order. Paid 13$. For the wrong order. No teriyaki sauce. Mac is as warm as if it was microwaved. If you don’t want to cook more food. Tell me so I’m not paying for trash. GO TO RIVER ROAD OVER THIS GARBAGE PILE.
The food was great and there was a lot of it. Don't know how much we spend on it because I never paid for it it was always Paid for by somebody else
Hawaiian Time is mainland verison of Hawaiian food. Their version. I enjoy the food. The Mauna Luoa chicken is my go to order. It is offered in three sizes. It comes with chicken ,rice and macaroni salad. It comes with a small cup of teriyaki sauce. I do not think that is the sauce the chicken is cooked with. To me they don't taste the same. I will leave that with you.So my low rating comes from the fact that the restaurant may not be open when you want to order. As of late they close due to lack of staffing. Hey I get the world's upside down. I thought that why businesses have managers? Figure it out or close the location. Stop wasting people's time.
I know I will always get fresh delicious meals. Friendly staff as well.

Please give Raven a raise because this girl is amazing!!!!!!!!! I've only been to this location three times, and she has always been the person to provide me with excellent customer service. The first day was her birthday, the second day I was all over the place and on a business call, and today she was just as lovely as ever! Such a ray of sunshine and I could not love her more.Thank you!
