Wait staff was very friendly and polite. This is the second time I visited this establishment. This time the food was okay... There was 4 people in our group, all the food came out at different times, Some of it was cold and The portions were very small for the amount you paid. I want to like this place but they are going to have to change/fix some things to keep people coming back.

Menu could be a bit more diverse. Your standard tavern food. Fish and chips are good. Pizza is a really good also but lacked in my opinion the proper amount of toppings a bit too much crust $$$.

I love hamburgers. I've had them at Killer burger, Cornacopia, Dickie Jo's, Planktown, and Gryffs. Gryffs hamburgers are by far the best. The meat itself is very flavorful and the selections are outstanding. We frequent the new location on Bailey Hill Rd in Eugene. The service is great, staff is friendly, and there are tables inside and out.

Such a great experience!Great food but even greater service. Our waitress was so dialed in, she knew the menu and food like a complete professional! Great server! The other man there was attentive , he made sure we were good also, all the staff there were so professional and made us feel really comfortable and happy. The establishment was clean..This was our first time and we will be back!My husband absolutely loved his burger and fries, I had the cobb salad and a cup of thier homemade beer cheese soup. Sooooo good!Thier lemon curd cheese cake was sublime. If you go you gotta try thier bloody marys! Served with a slice of bacon and a bunch of garnishments that make it almost a meal in itself. What can I say, you just gotta go get some great food, drink, and have the great staff help you get it! ♡

We tried this place for dinner. I’m sure breakfast is better but dinner service was not. Our beers were not cold. The nachos were okay, but chicken strips were missing. Seasoning did not exist. It’s sad so little effort in the batter when it was cooked perfectly but just bland. Our server was not attentive at all. Another server brought our food, asked if we wanted another drink, asked how our food was and brought the bill. Our original server had no issue taking our payment however. I at least hope tips are divided. I might try it for breakfast, but I won’t be back for dinner.

I was really excited to try this place, especially with having heard good things about the Springfield location. The food was not even good at best. I had the grilled Tweetie which turned out to be a chicken breast cut in half, prior to cooking, and cut in 3 pieces. It was dryer than leather, and hard. I took one bite and could not eat it. My parter had the Rick and Morty burger, inwhich the bottom bun was drenched and soggy with grease. It was as if the cook had put on the chicken breast way too early and then put on the burger way too late. Not allowing time for the burger to rest and over cooking the breast. The server also didn't bother even asking if there was something wrong with the food when we asked for the check and had a full uneaten Tweety on the plate. No to-go box was even offered. As if she knew it wasn't edible. To drink, I had the Killin' in the Name Of, which was delicious and the only thing that made the single star accurate. The male server was uninviting, which made me scared to even mention my disatisfaction with the hard, dry chicken breast. As if expressing my disgust might start an argument. Instead I paid for the uneaten sandwich to avoid the potential confrontation. If I wouldn't have been so exhausted, I would have definately made myself heard.

Combine great service with amazing food and you get GRYFFS ……… If you like bloodys then ask for The Godfather

The Bloody Marys are best I’ve ever had! Food is delish! Friendly Service!

As the first eatery out on Bailey Hill in a while I really want Gryff’s to succeed. They have great ideas, but missing if in a couple areas. Forgetting silverware for the table, cold syrup for the French toast, no real sugar on the table, no refills for coffee, nor did the staff come back to see how the meal was. I think this was due to a breakfast rush (which is great to see). When slower they have great service and on our first visit bent over backwards with good service. The pork belly was fantastic on the Brian Griffin.

I've only ever been to the location on Bailey Hill road so that's the place that I'm talking about in this review. My daughter was a little nervous about spending $14 on a burger but once we got the burgers and she tasted it she said she'd pay twice that. I got the BLT and it was amazing, it went beyond just the fact that the ingredients were all extremely fresh and the food tasted amazing, it goes to sandwich assembly as well. Our sandwiches were constructed in such a way that they didn't leak out juices everywhere and make a giant mess, apart from a drip here and a drip there. And I want to express again how fresh the ingredients were. The one lacking star is in the customer service but I can only take away one star for that because they still do a pretty good job. If they have five people on duty at one time it's likely that three out of five are pleasant. Even the ones who aren't pleasant are not unfriendly, they're just indifferent. I also like the fact that unlike a lot of restaurants now you can still call and order your food. So many places are telling you to go online even though you have them on the phone in that moment, they want you to go online and often when you go online their system isn't in place to work properly for you to order online...So that's when you go to Gryff's pub and get yourself the juiciest tastiest best assembled Burger in the entire county.
