Just wanted to give a shout out to Austen - the employee that helped us with a take out order 18 minutes before closing. We apologized for our tardiness and he went above and beyond, reassuring us that we could get whatever we wanted and there was no rush. It’s the kind of service you help your employees get when you are not around. Thank you Austin!:) Oh- and best shakes in town hands-down and fries too!!!
Very delicious fries and burgers
Normally I like the food at five guys. Recently after going to this one multiple times they have failed to correctly get my order. Today after order and paying for a bacon cheeseburger there was no cheese and was missing onions that I had added even though it was on the receipt. After going to the five guys contact us website the drop down menu does nothing and there is just a phone number there. Not going to spend my money there if I don't get what I ordered.
Very busy on Friday nights. French fries cooked to order when you arrive for pick up, so they are guaranteed to be hot and fresh! The burgers were a bit on the cold side, but they got the order correct and fulfilled the order with a smile.
Sent in an order online at 12:37pm. Got there at the recommended time of 12:45. Told them I was there. Literally watched several families walk in, order, eat, and leave before my order came out at 1:23pm. I kept asking "where's my order" and was given the same response every time "it's in line to be made."Very dissappintong that i could have literally gone anywhere else in town to get a burger and waited less time. I feel like the whole purpose of ordering online is to be able to walk in, wait a few minutes, and walk out. Not spend over 30-40 minutes waiting for a hamburger. If I had not already paid I would have left.Doubt I'll be back.
This place is amazing! My milkshake was perfectly thick and froffery I asked for malted and it came out extra malted with I love ! My burger perfectly cooked with crispy bacon not burnt and just outright juicy!
Again, I was very disappointed on the size of a large fries. They used to have a bunch of fries in the bag and the cup they came in was full.Tonight, the cup was not full and there were 14 fries in the bag.For $6.00 I expect the amount of fries they used to give you. UGH!
A solid three-star national burger franchise ?This particular location is conveniently located downtown Eugene & always seems to be well staffed and quick on the food draw. What I like about Five Guys in particular (aside from having a higher quality patty than say McDonalds &/or Co.) is the ability to downsize your patties, cutting some of the calories out of your otherwise delicious fast food cheeseburger. Yeaaah boy! Catch me in this place with the baby mama and my baby girl at least once a week. Just don't ask me to contain my kid once she starts wildin out from a sugar high, cuz I'm too busy mackin cajun fries with my malt shake.
Great stop for a good fresh made burger and fries. The only difficulty is finding parking and pulling into the place when its busy.
