Server was over worked for sure. She wouldn’t take our order until she had in her words a breather. Ok so that was fine we understand. She was short and rude. We got four drinks and a water. She gave us three and made a big deal over it. Not good customer service skills and no smiles and not one thank you. Although our coffee drinks are good we will not go back. Good luck to the next customer. I hope she’s nicer to you!!!!!!
The girl working refused to give me Carmel drizzle. She said they do not do it here, although I have always gotten my drink with caramel drizzle. The girl working explained how it would just blend into the drink. Apparently, her skill set is below a Barbara's talents and should maybe look into fast food. I refused to get a beverage because of the obserdity of the situation and my niece (whom is 10) ordered a cold chocolate milk received a hot chocolate, even though we repeated the simple order several times. I frequent this shop and will do so no longer with employees that are unable to comprehend simple instructions and have the customer services skills to problem solve.
Coffee's fine. Prices are a touch high with some stuff. But the big problem is that their hours change without notice. Three days in a row, I've arrived well before their posted closing times (or the times listed here on Gmaps), sometimes three hours earlier, to find nobody there.
My husband and I come here as much as possible even if we have to drive 30+ minutes. We always get a Carmel and mocha milkshake and seriously, they are the best around! We’ve tried every mocha milkshake in Eugene/Springfield, Coburg and Veneta, and the ones we get at firehouse cannot be beat! Biscuits and gravy is our go-to food item. Piping hot, amazing biscuits, smothered in delicious gravy. And best pricing, for what we get(about $6–$8), in town. Highly recommend! The owner is also great at what he does, including making everything above standard and is running his business the right way. He’s there every morning, so make sure you go then to get the full experience of what firehouse offers.
Awesome selection and a good jalapeño breakfast sandwich. I got the aforementioned sandwich and my similar Chai Tea Latte. I rated the tea a 7 out of 10. Lacking a bit of flavor, I'm pretty picky with that, but the sandwich was a 9/10.The owner that Christmas morning chatted with me. Great dude totally worth visiting and supporting this small business! ?
It is okay, fine but not great. I have heard that some people have been overcharged, even further than the 50 cents for the card. Overall, good in pince but if you can go to another place, do it.
Great staff and amazing coffee!
They are fast and friendly. The coffee is really good. There is so many different kinds I have a hard time deciding. I've gone every day for over a year and still love it.
We drive from the otherside of Springfield passing plenty of shops just to get there milkshakes and biscuits with gravy. There's only a handful of shops we haven't been to in all of Thurston, Springfield, Eugene, and Vanetta trying to find a place either for convenience or a backup and only 2 hold a candle but fall short. I dont know what you guys are doing in there but you need to be doing it in multiple shops.
AMAZING. Visiting from Utah and stopped by for a couple of drinks. They were delicious ❤️
