My review has been updated though I have kept the original issue in my review it does not Now reflect the quality of this companies leadership and ownership which I have discovered is Stellar and deserving of a “5 STAR REVIEW” they turned our negative experience to a positive experience!!!Original review updated review follows this one: We are Extremely Disappointed in the Garlic Parmesan Boneless Chicken Wings. And me & my girlfriend ordered 4 clamshells full totally 24pcs of chicken, and every single one tasted like they poured the entire salt dispenser onto it., almost like the battered it in salt. We couldn’t eat them without feeling overwhelmed and sick to our stomachs.The only good part of our order was the deep fried Twinkie.Update:4/25/22 the next day @ 12pm I went back in to return the food and the employee at the counter said he’d get his manager after I explained to him my bad experienced. She came out and said hello heading to the computer POS terminal to get ready to make the refund. I explained mine and my girlfriends bad experience with the food the night before. She was polite and didn’t have a problem refunding us. But here’s the thing from working in management myself I always refunded the whole check when 50% of the order was wrong. But this manager only refunded me $40 dollars and left a balance on my bill. But I had already left and didn’t want to turn around.So I wrote a 1 star review Unsatisfied. Then then next day the owner reached out to me saying they wanted to make it right and asked me to email them. I replied and said they need to coach their staff. They said they would be in touch with me after researching a little on their end to what happened.We’ll see how this turns out.**4/29/22 !!! UPDATE !!! UPDATE !!! UPDATE !!!OKAY SO THE OWNER REACHED OUT TO ME AND MADE IT SQUARE WITH ME…. HE EXPLAINED THAT THEIR SYSTEM WASN’T WORKING AND COULDN’T PROCESS THE WHOLE REFUND…. WHICH MEANS THE MANAGER COULDN’T FULLY PROCESS THE REFUND, THOUGH THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IN THE POS SYSTEM I UNDERSTAND THAT IT WASN’T A SLIGHT TOWARDS US IN ANYWAY. THE NIGHT WE ORIGINALLY WENT TO THE FAT SHACK 20 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSED PEOPLE WERE CONSTANTLY COMING IN UP UNTIL THEY WERE CLOSING. SO I CAN SEE THAT THIS RESTAURANT OF A FAVORITE OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. WE’RE WILL COME AGAIN AND EXPECT A BETTER EXPERIENCE MAYBE NOT RIGHT BEFORE THEY CLOSE DOWN TO AVOID EXHAUSTED KITCHEN WORKERS WHO JUST MAY MAKE A DREW SMALL MISTAKES LIKE WITH WHAT HAPPENED TO US. ALL IS FORGIVEN AND MADE RIGHT. OWNERS HAVE INTEGRITY…. We got 2 fat gorbys, fries, and wings. Overall for the prices and the fact that this place was on shark tank AND travel channel, it was mid. The sandwich was OK, but not good enough to finish. The fries on the sandwich was basically just potato mush and half of mine didn't even get cheese sauce. The fries were fairly good but under seasoned. And the wings were just sad. The sauce had no flavor and the outside wasn't crispy. I can get better wings at a bowling alley. Costumer service was lovely but we will not be returning when we are back in town.
waited 50 minutes for 3 items. this was one of the slowest food places I've ever been to. it's supposed to be "fast food". employees didn't care. paid $50 to wait 50 minutes for below average fried food.
If your looking for a place to indulge and treat yourself to a fatty yummy meal this is the place! Super cute place. Amazing fried food. Clean. And very kind staff. Very satisfied.
I thought the food was pretty good. I would give this a 5/5 stars, but I think that they give you too much French Fries. French Fries on your sandwich and a side of French Fries. Really good food overall, except for the over abundance of French Fries
The fries were great! The milkshake is one of the best in town. I got the doobie and was really disappointed. The paper was stuck to the sandwich and the bread was super soggy. I took one bite out of a part i thought i got all the paper off (spent 10 minutes trying to get it off) but nope, still got a nice few pieces of paper with it and there was just too much stuck on the whole sandwich to eat it. 18 dollars for fries and shake kinda sucked especially after waiting 35 minutes for my order. This was my second visit and I should have just stuck with a burger like i got the first time because that was actually pretty good.
Waited over an hour for food. There was an employee wearing red pants and a shirt that said I heart doobies and a little bit of his belly was out.. the same employee was taking a phone order with gloves and went back to work with the gloves and touched his hair and cloths.. this is an unsanitary work place If I wear the health inspector it would’ve been an auto-fail. Correct your employee’s. Also tell your employees to wear there dang mask.
This place popped up on Grubhub when I was looking for some late night eats. The only place open at 11:50pm, so I gave them a shot. 12 wings for $18.99, The bone in BBQ and Golden BBQ flavors are phenomenal. I was very impressed by the taste and quality, they were also cooked to perfection. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the future. I previously had a classic cheeseburger and it was pretty decent as well. Worth trying if you enjoy wings!
I hate leaving bad reviews, so I will show rather than tell. But the separate order of fries were where the 1 star comes from. Those were delightful. The sandwich ???? laughable
Ordered Doordash last night around 1130PM (night shift life) and ate as soon as it got here. Still warm. Chicken tenders were okay! Fries were pretty good. I really liked the mozzarella sticks. Within 3 hours I was tasting it all again as I vomited for half an hour straight.Yeah. First time ever going home early from work for food sickness. I'm lucky we had enough people staffed to make that possible. Okay food (great food when nothing else is open at 11PM!) but not worth the risk again. /:
