Usually good service but they stopped the ball bad today. We were served a undrinkable drink sure to training and being more concerned about what was on the radio than getting the order right. So we went to Dutch brother on 99 in Eugene and they made the proper drink that was perfect and comped it as well thank you so much store 0606. Cottage Grove Dutch Brothers need to improve seriously.
We waited in line atleast 15 minutes for a cup of hot coffee only to find out when we got to the window they had NO hot coffee..worst service I've had at a dutch bros.
This is the worst dutch bros in Eugene/Springfield. Constantly messing up on drinks. Even when they do get it right, the drinks suck or taste off. The baristas there seem like they just don't care and just want you out of their line. I made the mistake of going to this location this morning against my better judgement, should have trusted my gut and gone to any Dutch but this one.
Worst service! I would definitely recommend driving to the one on 99! It took almost 30 mins to get two drinks as I watched people on the other side drive off cause they weren’t even being helped. Don’t even want to give them 1 star.

Not the brightest employees. Someone told me that all the drinks were espresso when I asked about the hazelnut truffle mocha. It was definitely cold brew....which is not espresso ???♀️
