I have had a few employees here who have been a bit rude when I don't order my drink correctly. A bit frustrated cause I don't want to go back and never know when they will be working, I have had some great experiences with them as well but some of their crew members aren't the best with customer service!
I am totally OVER DB....since the IPO the price have gone up on the most basic thing they sell..A Café Americano which is two shots of espresso and hot water..a medium cup is now $3.45 cents...DB has adopted the Starbucks motto...Greed will always win the Day...Do yourselves a favor make coffee at Home and save the Planet.
It was ok, the coffee was lukewarm and reminded me of hot chocolate. Not the quality of kicker I am used to that's for sure...?
They need more sugar free options.
I'm going to be honest, as an 80s baby, Dutch Bros has gone downhill in my opinion. The 3 consistent things they did over 10 years ago that won me over, have ALL been phased out. They used to bump tunes and vibe, no longer. They used to do punch cards to earn free drinkz, no more, its Only on an app. And free birthday drinks, again, no more, only if you get their "app". Sorry, just not into them anymore. Oh yeah, they just started selling stocks, hmmm, go figure. Peace out DB.
I am not a coffee drinker, but I love a good Italian soda. Sadly, they have inexplicably stopped having the cherry syrup. That's my favorite flavor. But the raspberry is acceptable. I love to support Oregon based businesses, so Dutch Bros is on my list of favorites.
This place is amazing and it is a coffee shop that has drive up and a couple tables outside people are extremely friendly and very helpful and a quality of the coffees that they serve are totally outstanding give them a try and see if you find that I'm absolutely correct.
Always had the best drinks. 911 blended will forever be my favorite. Had to take a break due to medical issues. Not that I'm allowed the caffeine again I have been disappointed on both my visits. Went on my birthday excited for my annual free cup. Was sad to hear I now had to have mobile app. Went again today. After paying and including my tip was told my punch card with 9 out of 10 punches would not be completed or transfered to the new mobile app. Very disappointing that they no longer honor their traditions.
Best location in Eugene. Honestly are probably carrying the rest of the Eugene stands with their excellent service. They even fix drinks I get from other stands that give me allergens instead of what I ordered. I can always count on the west 11th location.
