Low key pretty f’ed up that you need the STUPID APP to do your birthday drink. Not everyone has a phone capable of downloading apps. The woman at the window apologized, but would not take my ID or help to make the situation better. Ya’ll used to be my favorite birthday stop, but now that I know I can get my birthday drink from my locally owner coffee shop without an app that’ll be my new go to spot.
I love all of the many Dutch Bros but my favorite by far is the Hwy 99 store. They know what we prefer to drink any always gets it right. Dutch Bros metric for dealing with the customers is spot on,

It seemed super busy this morning but the team did a great job getting drinks out. I only came for the new sticker. I do like the black tea they have though.

They offer multiple convenient locations, long hours, and excellent coffee. The staff couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

With an okayed splash of heavy cream oatmilk and 25% sugar they gave me everything I wanted and more. This is why baristas deserve all the tips!
