This is a local restaurant that I wanted to give a shot for the first time. I tried their version of a Mushroom Swiss Burger and truffle fries, they we're better then Red Robin, at even better prices. Dickie Jo's Burger had a ol Classic feel to the layout of the restaurant with great customer service. I'll definitely be back in the near future.

I remember when DickieJo's first opened, I was one of those people the second day standing in the line for 45 minutes and the wait was so worth it. The place was always busy. Fast forward to today, giving we are still recovering from the hell of covid so there's a lot that's not like it use to be, with that said DickieJo's is nothing like it use to be. The service is alright, I was greeted upon entering but the focus wasn't there but I ordered two burgers for two people and was charged and received 3. The total seemed excessive and it was my mistake for not paying closer attention to my receipt which I will pay more attention to next time, if I return. Honestly I most likely would have overlooked the whole thing if the food was as it used to be, so tasty that even if you were full the aroma of the food still made your mouth water and the appearance of the food looked like a tv commercial, perfect, but sadly that is not the case now. I was the only customer and it was close to closing time but the burgers looked like they were just slapped together and tossed in the bag, if I hadn't been watching them I would have sworn that was the case but then again maybe their conversations of the tv show Friends and someone's 21st birthday was the reason for the haphazard sloppy appearance of the food I pulled out of the bag to feed my husband and daughter. Maybe it was an off kind of day but whatever the reason the quality of both service and food isn't the quality I remember DickieJo's being known for. I partially recommend just because I know what it could be but wouldn't even suggest it if today's service is the normal now. Very disappointed.

I had seen this place on various visits to Eugene and decided to try it being that our intended place was closed that day and we only wanted a quick bite. The burger was not impressive, barely average among fast food places. We also ordered a hot dog which like the burger was good but far from memorable. The best part of the experience was that the place was kept very clean and our food arrived quickly.

First time here and the food was delicious.Their bacon ? cheese ? burger ? was delicious. Another one had the Blue cheese ? burger ?. Last one had the Mex burger ? ?.This place is just as great ? ? as any other Burger ? places.Like Red Robin, are any other burger ?

I got the bacon cheeseburger, I like how easy it is to customize the toppings. The price is fairly cheap, really good food. I've never had a bad experience eating here, and I always make sure to get some of their froyo after eating a delicious burger. They also have amazing fries!! I'm always pleased with the frozen yogurt selection.

Great classic diner burgers and simple entrees. High quality food at reasonable prices. Love that I can get a freshly made banana and peanut butter MALT.Service has ranged from fair to very good the last few times I've gone, but I still highly recommend it.

Excellent experience eating with my family. I sincerely thank the staff for not shaming me for not wearing a mask. This is the difference between a good and bad experience and the staff treated me with respect and dignity. Thank you.

This place is awesome. The burgers are amazing! So so delicious. I couldnt wait to take a bite of my burger, hence no picture.Maybe I can restrain myself next time. Maybe....??

Bummed! Used to be our families favorite stop in Eugene. Used to be such a quality experience. Ordered kids chicken strip meal and adult chicken strip meal. Same exact thing. But 50 % more. Staff did NOT care to help with it all.

Ordered the rise and shine burger. Came with a fried egg and bacon. Added sauteed onions and subbed pepper jack cheese. Asked for the egg to be cooked medium and everything came out excellent. Peanut butter shake was delicious. Chili cheese fries were alright. The only criticism would be the 1/4 " diameter straw is wholly inadequate for a thick shake but do appreciate a plastic straw instead of the ridiculous paper ones.
