Not super pleased. We drove up and saw at least three people leaving. Ordered our food and it felt like the person couldn't hear us, we kept repeating what we wanted and then repeated it again at the window. Our food was wrong, as we predicted. Had to go back and we saw the three people that had left entering the building again.The food then didn't even taste good.So not a great experience.
This place has pretty good food, Chicken Strip, Icecream, and Soda are good Fries a bit bland. The service was very slow and we had to go up multiple times to get our full order. Overall decent food, but low staff.
I went through the drive up and the older man at the window and not only he but someone who looked like the manager inside were not wearing their masks properly. The mask weren’t even over their noses. I said something stupidly as I was getting my change back, but hadn’t gotten my food yet. Then I thought- they are back there spitting in my food. So I threw my purchase away. I will never go back.
It was good but the fries should have been cooked a little bit longer because they were not cooked all the way. My order taker was good his name is Robert. But good service it definitely has changed.

If I could put negative 0 I would I place my order and it took for ever to get it it was cold they still put what I didn't. Want on a burger also the ice cream sundae was melted half way they had almost no customers there when I was there very dirty place my card and receipt got handed to me sticky the cashier was wearing the same dirty gloves handling money and food another employee not even wearing gloves when handling the ice cream I won't be going to this place anymore it's disgusting unsanitary I have been to other locations and they are clean but this one is just gross ?
On 1/21, After discovering that all of our closest DQ's weren't following their posted hours, we ended up calling the Hwy. 99 location to be sure they were open before we drove over there. We spoke to a lady on the phone who was so helpful and sympathetic to our struggles to get DQ and she assured us they would be open until their posted time. My husband rushed over there and Emily B had already been anticipating our order. She made my blizzard better than any other blizzard I have had to date. She was super friendly and definitely helped ease the sting of having to drive all over town for our DQ. Thanks so much Emily B.
I’m the dasher want to pickup the food and The employer who are working at this place didn’t wear mask and told me mask is not a law. I didn’t told them first, because I saw they didn’t wear mask then just waiting outside. I wait for 15 minutes and they thought I won’t come back for my orders and they didn’t even cook for my order.I was angry also told them if you Service food for people you need to have a mask. Because I told them this and make them felt bad, then they kick me out didn’t give me orders.
Well I don't like to post negative things, especially about fast food as I know a lot is out of there control. But come on guys. I've been to this location 3 times this month, each time thinking it would be different ( I know my fault) and what I'm learning is when you place an order it's more of a suggestion than an actual order. I mean if a cook looks at the order and sees "no cheese" you would think he would follow your requests and not put cheese on it. Nope, not at this DQ. Cook sees "no cheese" and decides hmm maybe if i put extra cheese they would like it even more? But at least now I know. Always make sure they take your "order" and not your "suggestion"!
Went in today to pickup food, the guy with the Mohawk & tats was AMAZING, Went above and beyond to help me out. He gets 5 stars, the store as a whole, not so much.
