Just tried to stop by to grab a late dinner for myself. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and a small cone. The menu board said the combo was 9.89 which would make my order around $11 but as I pulled they were trying to charge me almost $15. I confirmed what I order and asked how they got that amount. They said they don’t have the chicken sandwich combo anymore and had ring things up separately. I asked if they would honor the price that is posted on the menu, I was than greeted with an eye roll and attitude from the manager on duty who said she wouldn’t honor the price.I live down the street and DQ is a favorite stop for quick meals and treats with the family. But this is only the latest in a few disappointing visits in the past year, unfortunately will be having to take it off our go to list.
Still waiting. Four ice cream treats in the store and we are 15 minutes in. This is completely unacceptable and an elderly couple had to ask for their ice cream and said it had been 20 minutes. I will never come back. No one on site doing damage control and no managers leading. Maybe not on duty. Combined with poor quality control, this is it.
It's was great someone paid for my daughter order we said that was very nice of them and God bless.
We love this DQ on Coburg. Even on a busy day they move cars through quickly and orders are accurate. Food is always fresh. Absolutely LOVE their onion rings. Great crew.
Went here for the first time today and ordered 3 meals through the drive thru.. everyone was nice, food came out very quick and very hot and fresh!!
Did you guys get food delivered on Sunday? If you did, wow! Sign last night said all out of food.I guess that means chicken hamburgers fries onion rings hot dogs the works. You were up and going again today. Let me know what food service company came so I can thank them for coming on Sunday with I guess a truck load of food. You seem to close whenever, can other people back me up on this and review.
I was made to wait in waiting area for an A1 burger meal for almost 10min...burger was not fresh. Meat was pre-cooked,no onion rings(suppose to be on it as advertised) and fries were old as well. Waste of time and money. Will not be back! Sad too cause I really like DQ.
A Blizzard made with Chocolate ice cream, with 2 x extra Reeses Peanut Butter Cups & 2 x extra Peanut Butter Sauce. Thats all you need to know. Try it, you'll be hooked for life.
Friendly staff but cold food. Fries were absolute sog. Oh well, just another failed fast food store.
We have tried to go for late night ice cream several times recently based on the hours posted here on Google and each time discovered that they had closed early. This used to be our favorite location but now its just horribly inconsistent.
