It's been months lobby is closed, service is snail pace slow, by the time you get your food or ice cream it's mealted.if you want it got to McDonald's better luck with there broken machines. Not a fan at all anymore after years of being a customer. Open back up even the employees have told me there fully staffed and could resolved this issue but don't want to open lobby again to cut down on over drive thru issue. It's a shame I used to love this place
Ordered two, 6 piece chicken strips baskets. The order was not read back to us. The order was completely wrong. Never checked the order, charged us for items that we never received that was paid for. We both ordered and paid for 2 white country gravy, each. Total of 4 white country gravies! My friend had 1 white country gravy in hers. And I had salsa/chili sauce in mine. Apparently, the chili sauce/salsa comes in the same Styrofoam cup as the country gravy.?? Neither one is written on the Styrofoam as to what they are!! Didn't know salsa came with the chicken strips meal? Their salsa hurt my stomach. Called them. No answer, was trying to call for 2 1/2 hours. Nothing. There really needs to be an adult, that oversees these young, employees. The employees should be repeating the orders back, and double checking the orders as it's being prepared. Very disappointing. The chicken strips were small. When paying for almost $16 for the chicken strip basket, that's without a drink too. Disappointed with this Dairy Queen location. Talked to the manager on Monday, morning. Her attitude, rude and unprofessional. I explained what happened with our order, and her comment was, "What do you want me to do about it?" No apology, nothing.
Not only is the customer service very poor. So is the quality of food. I love DQ. I just got a #7 with cheese curds. The cheese curds were great but I took one bite out of the burger and it was cold. No big deal I'll just go in and tell them. Kid looked and asked with all seriousness 'how long ago did you get it". I never left the parking lot. It hadn't even been 5 minutes. This was the same kid that handed me my food and almost went to bag just my cheese curds without my burger.
Good food fast drive up window. They got my order right the first time.
I ordered 3 ice creams tonight and when I got home I had blood soaked napkins and there was blood on one the ice creams. I called the restraunt and the girl who answered not only laughed and said it's probably strawberries. She checked the hand of the girl who served me and she in fact was bleeding and apologized and stated that they are suppose to be wearing gloves but clearly that wasn't the case! She offered to remake the ice creams and I declined. I wouldn't eat anything from there since God knows what's covered in blood now! I also have blood on the front seat of my car from the napkins! How gross!
The 6 meal lunches are horrible now, since when does a hamburger not have anything except a patty, bread, and cheese???I’m sorry but i was so upset when I ordered a hamburger and it didn’t have anything on it!!!! Also .50 cents for ranch?!? Uhm, I don’t think sooo!! They are becoming Beyond CHEAP, it’s disappointing….
Ordered a very simple #5 plain with flame sauce an for some reason I got the Patty's that have been sitting there for an hour rock hard an charred an still had to wait 15 minutes for my food

This DQ is the best. I always order a large vanilla cone. It tastes as great as it looks! It is always a pleasure to order at the drive through. Wonderful staff!
Great place for a sweet treat. One of the few places that one can get a malt. (Get a banana one...you are welcome) Can be a popular place on Friday nights and weekends, but the drive up line seems to move pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and attentive. Order accuracy has never been an issue. Decent value menu as well.
