Ordered a pb parfait in the DT. Got to the window and my pb parfait had no fudge or peanuts on top. I asked about it and DT person said it was in the middle. I'm sorry but that's not how they are supposed to be made! No extra fudge and peanuts in the middle. When you pay over $6.00 you should get it how it is supposed to be made!!! Will rethink going to this location again.
The sign said a small Sunday was $2.79. when I placed my order they repeated back that would be $4.99. when I drove up to the window I asked why is it $4.99 when the sign says otherwise? And the worker said it's $4.99, and I said you should make sure your signs are accurate and he said that's not my job. So be prepared to be surprised by your bill and please examine it for accuracy.This is false advertising.
I don’t usually post negative reviews for anywhere, but I go to this DQ often since it’s so close to where I live and nearly every time without fail, they will get my order wrong, which isn’t that big of a deal. Every time, I’m very understanding and politely tell them what the order was supposed to be and i am told every time “no, this is what you ordered.” I know my voice can be a bit quiet I guess, but its embarrassing, awkward, and I’ve paid for things that I didn’t even get because workers were snippy and argumentative for absolutely no reason. I work at a minimum wage food service job as well so I can understand the job being stressful and customers being aggravating sometimes. Everyone has bad days, but I feel so embarrassed and unwelcome every time this happens, which is nearly every time I’ve been in there.
This is the WORST Dairy Queen EVER E.13th location!!! They NEVER get my order correct. Even 4 simple blizzards. Not to mention they didn't actually MIX the toppings into our blizzards? My mom loves DQ so we went to the downtown Eugene DQ for a hot dog. We went through the drive up then parked on the street to eat it. They forgot to cook/heat up the hot dog. It was refrigerator cold. We could have gone back but this drive up is difficult to get in and out of. The moral of the story is to check your food before leaving the drive up
Staff was rude and mumbled everything. First thing out was the blizzard. While I sat waiting for everything else the blizzard was melting. Nfive minutes later here's the bag. Burger, fries and onion rings. Waiting on chili dogs. Dogs finally come out. In the sack STANDING ON THEIR END! Everything was cold. Dog buns were hard and stale. One of the dogs had a very small portion of chili on one end. Worst meal I have ever had! And I've had some bad ones.
The food was good as far as temperature wasn't a big fan than chili dogs delete dogs or the Burger that I got the texture in the quality of the meat didn't taste right it's right that's not the store's fault that's more of a manufacturing thing
Love those blizzards... The fish sandwiches are pretty good too.
Went their last night for a treat, got half way home and saw they gave me a rotten banana, tried to call they answered and as I was talking they didn’t say anything and put me on hold so I drove back as I got to the window I handed it to him he just took it for me no apology no nothing, he Re-made it for me.instead of putting the bananas on the side where they should be he put them under the ice cream, idk if he did that so I couldn’t look at them?! but when I got home I don’t know if they were frozen or just not ripe but they really hard, So I couldnt even eat them
Good food good ice cream and they do the old school trick of putting it upside down like dairy queen use to do for ice cream/blizzard treats.
