Worked here many years I know the inside and out of this company. There is a gross disregard for food sanitation that can not be fixed. The chef/owner who will oversee the cooking of all food does not care about food safety. They have been serving homeless people in Eugene since the start of the pandemic and have witnessed the chef demand we serve moldy, raw, or just plain gross food. This food has gotten people sick on multiple occasions. I've seen rat infestations that had been going on for months till we basically had to force them to do something about it. There is no regard for sanitation practices including a dishwasher that will not run hot enough to clean the dishes, a severe lack of handwashing, and a lack of cleaning kitchen surfaces, fridges, freezers, ovens, and stoves to a ridiculous level. Even the high-end private events like weddings or in-home catering will mostly get frozen, reheated, or old food. They know how to finesse the food to make it seem like you're getting a better product than you are. They will purchase food weeks in advance so it is on the edge of spoiling when it is served because the chef is too worried he won't have the time to make it fresh. The only way they haven't failed health inspections is by lying to health inspectors about the last time the kitchen was cleaned and the fact that their health inspection usually happens in December so they know when to clean it up a bit. So if you want to eat there get it at the end of the year when they actually clean the kitchen.P.S. If you care about the wellness of these employees outside of the company's nepotism the employees are underpaid and overworked. The owner takes advantage of hiring people that can't get hired elsewhere and uses them for cheap labor.
Cravings just provided catering a second time for me. What a delightful experience both times!!! The staff were very responsive to my requests and desires from the get go but were also helpful in making suggestions when I needed their advise. The food was superb as evidenced by the accolades received from my guests. The set up crew was awesome and layered a beautiful table in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, particularly when it’s a special occasion that absolutely needs to be done right. Good for them!!!!
The owner was very rude and does not how to treat people, he thinks he is the only human around and should not be running a business.they don’t know how to treat any of there employees and never eat there! They have MICE AND POSSUSMS! it is nasty in there and the owners are nasty!
Great employees everyone was super nice and accommodating. The food was amazing and they were very accommodating for my allergy and dietary needs.
I attended a company Christmas party this year, and I had never been to the country inn before. No one else can do what they do. The service, very attentive to drinks, food and everything in between. I have never seen so many decorations in my life, I counted 10 Christmas trees. Everything was clean and beautiful. The food was impeccable!! Hand carved prime rib as tender as can be, and every side you could want. Highly recommend for any event.

Cravings Fine Foods does the catering for their event center the Country Inn and we went to the recent Easter Brunch there and it was outstanding. It was set up so beautifully and we enjoyed the food so much. The chocolate orange french toast was out of this world. I just made reservations for Mother's Day and we can't wait to share it with our parents.
Had some of their squash soup today. It was delicious!
