Normally don't review places but iv been here a couple times now hoping maybe the next would be better. Came once they were out of everything except chicken and veggies. This time I ordered online, my husband's burrito was double wrapped like I asked because Normally they can't fold it and there's holes.... well this time it was all tortilla and barley any filling. Little rice, meat was non existent (maybe 6 peices of steak) but a ton of queso and so much red sauce it was almost inedible. My burrito was also lacking in meat. Was basically rice and Pico.
Stopped in after working out and ordered up a chicken burrito with some toppings. It was delicious! The staff was quick, detailed and wrapped everything up correctly.The prices are fair and worth it.If you haven't tried this place before, go there for your next meal. You won't be disappointed!
First time back in a long time. Only one person working the line who was very friendly. Employees chatting and not very interested in hurrying. My other pet peeve, Chipotle puts a handful of chips in a giant bag. Make sure you get one for each patron. Food was fresh and tasty. Will try again!
Soo...what items do you guys actually have available? That list seems to be shorter. I can't tell you how many times they are out of things like fajita veggies, beans, etc. In the middle of the day too. Today I went to this location, and the one on Gateway, and they were both out of vegetables. If you're always running out of food in the middle of the day...maybe there's a supply problem? You usually want to supply the demand, but not here. No other place I have to worry about coming up with a plan B, plan C, plan D, for what I want to order.
Besides lacking in customer service skills, they skimp on portions, especially with the chips. I got about 10 chips in a large chips and they didnt have salt or lime on them. This is nit just a one time experience this is about the 5th time it has happened and I thought it should be posted. Any dinner online orders, take way longer then promised.
Staff very quiet and hard to hear even after saying what? Everytime they asked something. Gave me a kids quesadilla when I asked for a quesadilla just assuming it was for the kid and that my 6 year old eats a quesadilla made for a 2year old. My burrito wasn't even folded right. No napkins. In fact an employee was told not to put the stack in their hand out bc I the workers needed them. Every empty table was filthy. Stood at counter to ask for a towel and no one came to help me. I left wiping guacamole everywhere all on my steering wheel. This was ridiculous. I'll just make this stuff at home next time. And I used to work for Chipotle so I know how it is supposed to be done
I really like there bowls. I can pick whatever I want to have in it. And it is always good. I can order online and walk in and pick it up. So easy.
Went in their for dinner tonight and started my order and after the person started making our buritos says they're out of steak and chicken and seemed mad when I just left. Seems they should have said something before wasting the food they started making or had better management managing. There were several others that walked out too. Hate to be the owner of this place loosing business over poor management.
Placed an online order at 5:40pm said it would be ready by 6:10pm get there at 6:10pm and there is a huge line of people waiting for online orders. Having already paid we have to wait for the food. We ended up waiting from 6:10pm to around 7:25 for our food to be done. All the while people who were walking up were able to cruise through the line.
I paid 17 dollars for a salad half the size of a normal bowl. This smaller container wasn't even filled very much. Paid for double chicken and didn't receive double chicken. There was less lettuce compared to the amount they put on top of a burrito bowl. Unsatisfied customer multiple times.
