Got our order totally wrong, but fixed it.Not as good as it used to be, less fresh stuff, more Tabasco instead of seasoning.People working there are great.

Not the same as the other location. They really messed up the Arroz con Pollo. Just all rice and sauce, no mushrooms and only a few tiny oueves of chicken.

I hadn't been to Chapala's in years and the food is still outstanding. It's definitely rich and the portions are huge, so maybe not the best before a night out but if you just want to get your grub on, this place is a great choice!I would say the service was a little slow and not terribly inviting or friendly - the only drawback from this dining experience.

Friendly and quick service. I ordered a veggie burrito and expected the usual frozen veggie mix, soggy disappointment found at many other locations. INSTEAD, I was impressed that my plate came out with a large portion and PERFECTLY done rice, a side of beans and a VERY WELL done mole sauce, not to mention the entire burrito was done with large, FRESH CUT/STEAMED high end vegetables including zucchini slices, carrots, cauliflower and huge broccoli bits! VERY delicious, large vegetarian menu with affordable options!

Margaritas are legit. The fajitas fell kinda flat. No char. Dry meat. Not a lot of flavor. The service was good tho. It's hard to get good fajitas this far from the Mexican border I know. I grew up in Texas so I'm spoiled. Over all this is a decent place and I would go back again

Always great food at decent prices. Been 10+ times, never disappointed.

I recently moved back to Eugene after being gone for 9 years. My family and I loved Chapala’s. When we recently ordered dinner there I was shocked at how bad the food was. What happened?

Taco Tuesday!!! We take our 3 kids there once or twice a month. Great artworks and decorations. I'm a huge fan of the pork carnitas that don't have your typically greasy overtone!

Food is really good. Best fajitas I ever got. Probably the most expensive Mexican restaurant in town. For that reason I won't be coming back.

Very good food, friendly and professional staff, only downside is prices are very high. $20.00 for a carne asada burrito plate. I'm from California and it doesn't cost near that anywhere .
