We stopped in at Chao Pra Ya today for the 1st time for a late lunch and had a very pleasant surprise! Even at 2:30, there were still 6 full tables and Eli who was the only server at the time did an amazing job in managing our expectations! He was friendly, very professional, attentive and inquired on our Thai selections and satisfaction. I had the Red curry with mango, squid & chicken in a coconut basil curry. The curry was fabulous, as it was deliciously aromatic, mangos ripe and sweet, which complimented the coconut red curry. The squid and chicken was subtle and not over cooked! My wife had a seafood combination with scallops, mussels, shrimp, chicken and a variety of fresh vegetables. And this too was a symphony for the senses! We finished off with the black chewy rice topped off with mango & coconut cream! We plan on going back to sample their other specialties, hopefully, soon. These delicious Thai dishes were made even more amazing with Eli's service! Kudos Eli! Highly recommended!

I came here looking for good Thai food and I was not disappointed. I took a bite of all 6 plates at the table and when I thought the dishes couldn’t get better, they did. Our server Eli was very knowledgeable of the menu and patient while helping us decide on our orders. If you are contemplating coming here…contemplate no longer and go to Chao Pra Ya.

I have dined here numerous times, mostly at lumch.Tje Service has always been excellent even today, with only one Waitress, who is very good,to be able to handle a full house❣ The food has always been delicious. Just the right amount of spices..

We have been going to Chao Pra Ya for many years. It's my family's go-to for Thai. I have never had anything there that wasn't good. My son could live on the Pad Thai medium spicy with a side of peanut sauce but I am always interested in trying one of the specials. When someone in my house needs comfort food, the Pad Kua Kai never fails us. It's like our version of chicken noodle soup or mac and cheese, only a thousand times better. The service is good and the takeout is fast. I don't care how many new Thai places open up, I will always be loyal to Chao Pra Ya. Parking can leave something to be desired when it's busy though.

One of the best Thai restaurants in town. Always tasty with great plating. The bubble tea is to die for.Outdoor seating is limited, but refreshing if you can snag it on a sunny day.Always a pleasure.

Decent food, not the best service.Tried calling in a order twice this week and both times they didn't answer and after a few attempts of calling, I got a busy tone. As someone who lives outside the delivery area, its a bit upsetting. Been craving curry. Let me know if you have some recommendations on somewhere that actually answers their phones. ?

Meticulously clean, really fresh tasting ingredients, really great employees, great music, great vibe, nothing I could complain about. A+++++It was a Sunday night and I had the vegan/gluten free Tom Kha and it was SO good. We will definitely be back again! ??Thank you?

Lived in Eugene for 25 years. First time at this lovely place. Came at opening for lunch. Server was kind and attentive. Food was authentic and delicious. I have spent some time in Thailand and I think this is closest to Thailand-in-Eugene as you will find! Will definitely make it a regular restaurant! Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered a stir fry to go order, they didn’t include any rice with my order. The chicken that is with the vegetables taste old. It taste like I made the chicken to meal prep & it had been left in the fridge for three days. I ordered almost an hour before closing, really disappointed at the lack of attention to the order.

Fabulous food. Great parking.Clean.
