The food here is pretty fabulous! The customer service is very top notch I would even say a real down to earth comfortable vibe from the folks there and the restaurant set up very appealing that is to say everything a person needs to eat in a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere is right here at this restaurant. The entire facility form what I could see is very clean and even virtually dust free which I was impressed by. There's a courtesy hand sanitizer dispenser waiting for customers as they walk in through the door followed by a genuinely sincere welcoming greeting by smiling staff. Parking is Street accessible an entrance to restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Delivery is available take out is available and dining in is of course available. I really enjoy giving out five star reviews because I never give out reviews that are anything less than my honest opinion. 5 ⭐
Delicious, small wait but definitely a good cooked breakfast as well many gluten free options!
I was in Eugene looking for a great breakfast. I googled Best Breakfast and saw Brail's. The parking lot was full and the wait staff was very busy. So I was very excited to eat there. I ordered something fun and selected a fried rice omelette with hash browns and toast. I was very disappointed to say the least. The hash browns were brown on top and cold spots in the middle. The omelette was so much worse. The 'eggs' were a rubbery square thing folded in the shape of a burrito. The blob in the middle is cold sticky rice with very tiny vegetables and small dots of meat. The small amount of cheese was not melted and cold. Then the whole thing was covered with a thin gravy. The meal was not editable. I will never be returning and will not let my family or friends go there either.
Braille’s is always great and I highly recommend their Loco Moco. My husband always goes for the hangover breakfast, even though he doesn’t drink! Enrique was our server this morning and he crushed it! Great attitude, fantastic service, super chill energy, seems like an all-around good human. Sit in his section if you can get it!
Service was great! The food was decent. The breakfast selection was perfect for someone looking for a classic diner meal at a local joint.
Hmmm... pretty disappointed in this place. It came highly recommended by the hotel staff of the place we were staying, but we had a sub-par experience. Maybe it was just an off-day, but still... The food came out cold -- cold biscuits and gravy just doesn't work. The biscuit was so tough, like a puck, that I really had to really work at it with a fork and knife to even get a piece. The fried chicken in the chicken-and-waffles was so over-fried that the coating was rack hard and hurt to bite on. The help was helpful enough, but seemed rushed and impatient. Bummer.
We have been visiting Brails since moving to Eugene. A great spot for all day breakfast! Affordable price, good portion and big menu of selections. I like the location on the 5th cuz the outdoor seating. The space is bigger than the oneon Willamette. I love how you can also make up your own breakfast if you don’t see anything you like!
Amazing food. The menu is the perfect size. Not to big but a good variety of food. And my favorite breakfast item they have, grits. Great breakfast and lunch. Definitely go there. The do gluten-friendly which is also amazing.
These guys really know their stuff I came in this week and they already knew my order from the last time I was there. Iced tea Denver omelet and fresh fruit. Great job guys
Cool little place, great food and prompt service. Everyone seems to be happy with their food, highly recommend for breakfast.
