Absolutely my favorite boba place!!
April 10th, 2022Bobahead by UO campus experience horrible.I have a free drink, so ordered my all time favorite coffee with coca foam with boba. One of the girls told me either no foam or boba with free drink, which I have never ran into for 3+ years. I purchased 10 drinks and each individual is more than $5. This free drink is a huge disappointment and coffee was dripping on the side. The experience and price is not worth my money. The employees are extremely sloppy, and waited for 5 mins for tissues. There were only a group of three and my friend and I. Please hire more qualified student employees ok?
Fast and great service. Very large variety of flavors. Boba is nearly always good.
The staff has been very rude and short whenever checking my friends and I out and wouldn't redeem my points card or give me another one.
Honestly pretty mid… but it might be the best place in Eugene which is saying more of the boba scene in the city than boba head itself. It’s not the worse place ever and the service is okay, boba is often undercooked and is hard. But hey you probably can’t do any better than here in Eugene.

The drinks are good, but I think it's ridiculous for them to charge up if you want boba pearls in your drink...Also whenever I order from them I double check to make sure they actually put in the pearls I've then PAID for and over half the time they aren't.
Great boba barely off campus
Love this place but wish they had better service solutions when they get busy. The line gets insane quickly.
