I drink my coffee black no sugar so I know good coffee and this is why I go to Black Rock. Always excellent and great staff, even if that one guy is a Green Bay Packers fan.GO BEARS!!! ✌️☕?
My new favorite coffee place. The coffee is always good, never burnt, and the staff is always nice without being overwhelmingly friendly and talkative (like some 'popular' places around here). If you like coffee, you'll like this place.
Large variety of food and drink, easy parking and location, great staff and lots of indoor/outdoor seating options. However, the Matcha Latte is really bad! The house coffee and food was delicious though!
Very courteous, friendly and quick. Staff was attentive to both drive up ( was busy ) and walk ins ( we walked in ). Great baked goods and pastries. Very nice selection of hot and cold beverages

The service and staff were great, and the venue is nice, but my review is based on my search for the best nondairy chai latte in the area. This oatmilk chai didn't hit the spot in particular. Tastes watered down. No discernable spice at all.Depending on your chai preferences, this might be fine for you. I'll keep searching elsewhere to fulfill my rich chai craving.

From the very beginning when they very first opened and I have my very first black rock coffee and experience with the most amazing friendly staff I got to know very well after becoming very dependent on that amazing coffee and service! I wish I had a better memory to remember everyone's names but Darren Megan Kenny Cheyenne and all of you whose faces made so many of my hard really rough days so much much better you couldn't have known! You are always so good to me and still are when I'm able to come through which is rare now but every time I'm so happy to see a reoccurring :-) amongst the newcomers working there! I miss you all the original crew who have moved on to other parts of the world and life ❤️ ❤️??

I'm known by name and greeted that way :)Relaxing ambience, superb coffee selections, great service.I've brought many first time friends and they are as delighted as I have been.Can't say enough good besides that it's the Cool Groovy coffee place now in our beloved River Road area!
