Had some issues with the order our food came out, but it was a crazy night and we had our very confusing roommate with us, so it was not shocking. Despite the hiccups, Kimberly gave great service, and was a delight from start to finish. Very impressed with the service and her energy. Thank you Kimberly! Hope you're there next time we stop in
I liked the menu and the food was great, but our server missed a few things that most would consider part of the job.... from r instance he never offered to take away our empty appetizer plates, empty glasses, or dinner plates when we were done. I was with my daughter and 3 toddler's.... making moving around with little space left on the table difficult. And I felt like even though I asked (and he still didn't remove them) I shouldn't have had to ask. It was strange. I may consider returning, haven't decided yet.
We were on a road trip and staying at the nearby Hampton Inn. We planned to go the movies so we had a short window to eat. We found the restaurant easily and there is plenty of free parking adjacent. We were seated immediately and we explained our timescale to the server who was great at getting us served quickly but without feeling rushed. I can’t recall her name but she was very good. The food was good - even though it was a quick stop.
As always the food was superb. Our waitress was definitely the best. But I have to point out the awful smell that was present. We sat in the bar area booth and I even tried another booth and the same awful unbearable smell was present. My wife agreed. I really think it's the dirty floor that needs a major deep clean. We love BJ's but I don't know if we'll be back at that location any time soon as it's hard to eat with the dirty smell.
The variety and quality of food and beer is amazing and the staff is helpful and amazing. We will be visiting again soon.
Service here was above and beyond. Ryan was our server and I gotta say that it's the best service I've ever had at a sit down restaurant EVER. I can't rave enough about Ryan. We will be back. Thank you.
Great food, great people, great service?Take out order was completely wrong, spoke with the manager who took my name. Came into collect and they made it right in addition to covering my son's meal. ?Completely understand things happen but the superb customer service was very refreshing and much appreciated!! ??
The lunch special undercooked spaghetti over cooked very dry tasteless chicken. Nachos were left in the oven way to long and half were burnt. They did keep all toppings separate that was a positive. My sons cali club was a greasy wet mess not worth even trying to eat horrible horrible. The food was nowhere the 50 it cost. The only saving grace was the kind cheerful young lady whom brought the food to my car. Her I thank. The rest was garbage
Good service, Great burger, took a long time to get our food. A salad and a burger. Also the fries were a very small portion. Maybe 12 fries.Would be a 4 star place if food service was faster and fries were a better portion.
Despite the recent poor review we decided to take a chance at this place anyway. OMG! This is our new favorite place when we visit Eugene (which is about once a month). The burgers were OUT OF THIS WORLD! The server was fantastic and very attentive to our needs. The food came quickly and was good to the last bite.BTW. To the people that left the poor review about waiting an hour for their food. I remember seeing you there. You had 8 people at your table. It takes a while to make that many good plates of food and bring them all out at the same time. They could have brought them out as each one was made. But by the time everyone got their food either half the people would be finished eating, or their food would have been cold by the time all the food was there. Did you really want that?
