Tried to go in for my birthday reward since I couldn’t do it online, when I asked for it the person at the register was a bit rude about it and said there was nothing, I told them that I tried online and couldn’t and they still said there’s nothing and continued to say the total, very disappointing to see the lack of initiative, the reward is in my account but somehow can’t use it. I loved Baja Fresh but this has just turned me away.
Fresh is a great description! You can hear the chef making your guacamole to order with the mortar and pestle! Big filling portions you can take home for lunch the next day. Chicken is seasoned well and juicy. Amazing selection of fresh handmade salsas!Price wise they are more expensive then you might expect. About $50 for two people to get a meal each, an appetizer to share, and two drinks, plus tip.

Got food here for the first time with my girlfriend. The service was friendly, but the food was not good. Got the Mexicano burrito. It was probably 80% rice. The steak tasted gross like it was soaked in fat, could only take a couple bites. The burrito was dry and didn't come with sour cream. Had to pay 1.50 extra for it. Probably won't be going to this place again.
Haven't had access to a Baja Fresh in 14 years. My visit didn't disappoint. Carnitas Baja burrito was my choice with roasted salsa. Yummy memories.
Always reliable. The best chain Mexican restaurant. If you've never been, check it out. I recommend either the Baja or Ultimo Burrito with grilled wahoo. Make sure to try all of their salsas.
Very very disappointing. Didn't get what I ordered. Couldn't eat what I got. Cook was already yelling at the staff for messing up orders. Been a customer for a long time but no more. Not that difficult. Understand that it happens but seems to be a pattern.
The menu has changed since I last went to this place but they still had my fajita burrito in their register. As always it was very tasty! The salsas are now in prefilled cups but are still available and the fountain drinks are open with a sign to use sanitizer before dispensing. I miss the salsa bar...hoping it returns in the future.
A little spendy, but the food is always fast, fresh, and delicious. Plus their chips are the best in town, and their salsa selection is fantastic.
Veggie bowl good. Would be even better were the veggies cooked just a bit more. Fajitas were great.
