I just had the best breakfast there, bagels are so good they way they usually are and their white chocolate mocha is so make me nuttttttt!!
This place was alright.. the bagel was good, they had a decent selection, but nothing to rave about. I was mostly disappointed with the customer service. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes and no one even greeted me with a hello.. so that sucked. Won’t be back

the guy who helped us looked super stoned, he asked us out order like 4 times, then came to the table and confirmed it multiple times, and the order was still wrong. The cream cheese that you pay 2$ for is so thin. Overall bad experience. I love the west 11th location though!
Go to the west 11th location this one always has long wait times. I’ve been waiting about 20 mins for a bagel. Every time I come here I regret it. Staff moves with zero sense of urgency with a store full of people waiting for food. Staff could have better service as well
Some of the best bagel sandwiches I've ever had in my life! We go here every week and have never been disappointed! By the time we get home and finish our sandwiches we always want to go get more! We will have to start buying 2 sandwiches each time we go cause we seriously can't get enough!!
Downtown was a bummer this AM. Vegan spread made my bagel cold and slimy. Late clearly has like bits of coffee grounds and really wasn't steamed properly. Thought it was very hot. Think the staff needs more training or more coffee themselves.

Bagel Sphere while being a delicious place to eat breakfast/ Brunch, enjoy wonderful local art on the walls and good conversation. Also has wonderful employees. My most recent experience with the lovely front of house workers made me feel supported as a customer, person and young she/her woman. Very lovely and open people with a the most accepting outlooks. I will be coming back very often!
