After coming here on Mother’s Day to get a nice lunch, I’m pretty disappointed with the food.We live not to far so after only a few minutes in the bag our chicken should not be rubbery and hard to chew if it was cooked fresh like we were told. My first job was arbys and I was high in management so I can gladly tell you when things are not fresh. The curly fries were cold, old and rubbery to. After a almost $40 purchase I can say I won’t be visiting this location anymore. The staff were super nice and upbeat and we loved their positive attitude. I can recognize they wanted to be in a good mood. The food however (the main reason for the visit) was not good. So instead of enjoying arbys for lunch we tossed it and made grilled cheese at home. Happy Mother’s Day.
As I've been standing inside waiting for my French dip with double meat, nothing else for over 20 minutes and watched the girl preparing food not just throw every food item she prepared through the kitchen window to the front but hard enough that a salad and 2 sandwiches end up on the floor, and 4 others get unwrapped and flung across the counter... the worst part was how they just picked up all the food walked it to the kitched re wrapped it and passed it back through the window. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! I highly suggest if you care for the manor in which your food was prepared to find somewhere else to eat or drive to the other side of town to get Arby's cause this is disgusting in the terms of food safety and absolutely horrible with the time it takes them to get your food.
Not good. The staff was good and friendly. However the curly fries were just over cooked chips, tasted like cooked in bad oil. They were happy to replace them and there were more curly fries mixed in the chips, still not the Curley fries I am used to. And 2.59 for a medium coke is just ridiculous. Sorry got to give my experience at arby,s today a big thumbs down.
Worst arbys I've ever been two ordered curly fries they gave me chips and peices I took back and gave more chips and peices my roast beef bun was hard like it was old not fresh.
Love love love this place! Good taste and good ratio of meat for the money. So tasty n filling. ❤❤❤
Skip the pathetic sandwiches. We got one with 1 slice of roast beef. If you must go, get the Mac and Cheese. It's delicious
Arby's has been great in the past, but seems to be trying to rush which is having an impact on quality. They still have the beefs though! Staff was friendly. The Arby's melt was a little chewey, and the fries are starting to lose their curl. Ordered the brisket bacon 'n beef dip specifically for the dip. There was no dip in the bag when I got home. Utter disappointment.
When i ordered at the drive thru, i was ordering some food formy family, and when i ordered some shakes, they apologized for the inconvieniance, and the associates still preformed great customer service
The line was really long but the food was excellent they had forgotten a couple sandwiches all I had to do was call them and they brought them right out! And we sat in the parking lot and had a nice little lunch I was a very good experience after losing at the football playoffs
