Staff was fantastic. They stayed on task. Servers were very very respectful. I can see why it's so packed all the time. Great customer service.Food is exquisite for weekends and mornings.Coffee can be a bit stronger though but all in all I enjoyed my time there.
In Corvallis for doctor's appointment and stopped here for a late breakfast. Really liked the decor. We noticed right away how clean the restaurant was. They seated us right away and brought coffee and water. After we cruised the menu, the waitress was ready to take our order. I ordered the "Hobo Hash" which was excellent. My spouse ordered a bacon-Swiss cheese omelet and was excellent as well. The service was very good and our waitress was attentive as well. We will definitely return for more fabulous food.
Still my running favorite breakfast spot in Corvallis. I am hooked on the Mother Clucker- is there a support group? Thanks again for the gracious hands who created/served this delightful meal!
This is great little Cafe. One of those small town breakfast shops that just feels like home. I'm sure they would not want us kicking off our boots, lounging around all day, but have a sit down and stay a spell. You will enjoy it. Food that looks good and tastes as good as it looks. Very good coffee.First visit but on first impressions, I would happily make the 45 minute drive for a weekly weekend treat.
We travel a lot for my son's medical appointments so we've eaten at a lot of restaurants, this place is definitely one of the best we've been to, huge portions, including a giant mug of coffee, well seasoned gravy, delicious and not greasy hash browns, fluffy pancakes, absolutely everything was so good. The staff was friendly and well trained. Definitely going back and becoming a regular.
First off the food is amazing! I had the "Cowboy Benny" and it did not disappoint! Super cute restaurant with an easy going vibe to it. We did not wait long to be seated and our food came out super quick. OH and the coffee was sooooo good and the cups were so cute! Our Waitress was awesome and made sure our coffee cups were always full. We don't live near here but met some family here to eat and will for sure be back when we visit! Sorry I didn't get a picture of our food, it was only because we ate it so fast!
I really like their El Diablo omelette, served with a side of rice instead of potatoes.
Does their gravy taste like clam chowder to anyone else? Or is it just my family? Seriously, I’ve been going to this place for years- every time their gravy tastes like clam chowder. My favorite breakfast is either Biscuits & Gravy or Chicken Fried Steak- both of which I can’t get hear because their gravy tastes like clam chowder
A cute little boho Cafe. I had the cowboy Benny and it was so good. The biscuit was soft, the scrambled eggs were done to perfection and the holiday sauce was just the right amount of Tang. I had the home fries which were crispy the outside and soft on the inside. The cowboy Benny comes with miniature hamburger patties that required no extra seasoning or sauces. Cafe has limited hours and not open on Wednesday. Will visit again.
A solid place to get a breakfast that will fill you up. Just a bit pricey though the food and consumer service justify it a bit. If getting a meal here expect to spend about 40ish minutes here for ordering, waiting and eating. Overall a nice place to relax and think about your life. Though I went as soon as they open so my experience may differ from when they are peak busy. Still this is a solid choice for breakfast that won't let down.
