Carlos did a good job, the food was good, I had the chicken and steak.
pretty good food but horrible wait time. we were immediately sat then they got a little busy. no biggie. then people were getting sat near us (30 minutes after ordering) and they got their food fairly quick. it was just 2 of us and 3 rolls. finally after being here for 2 hours we got our food. then couldn’t get our ticket and still had to wait even more. we were here for almost 3 hours and only ate for 20 max
Service was slow, but it was busy. Definitely was nothing fancy, but sushi was good. If you want the best bang for your buck, get the avocado roll and the vegetable roll.
The food was okay, but definitely enjoyed some dishes. The main issue was that it seemed like it was understaffed even though the servers were very nice which made some orders arrive later and took time to get the server's attention.
Place could care less about you especially if you’re upstairs. Kitchen & staff seem like they don’t communicate at all as you hear people asking if the food they are waiting for is ready yet after they have received some of their order already. Staff doesn’t feel they want to be there either. Gone downhill for sure. When you find yourself only enjoying the most basic part of your meal, (soup) something is wrong.
The food tasted good and was fairly priced. I got a hibachi-style meal, and my eating partner got sushi. Afterwards, they got a little sick and I did not.
Dry sushi… 1 hour Waite for my rolls and definitely not satisfying. ?

Filet Mignon was amazing! going back for sure.
Waited 3 hours for a order to go. Was told 45 more minutes 3 different times. I love Tokyo but this was my dads birthday and I legit missed the entire day because of keep being promised less time.
