I got the Italian soda and it comes with a cute complimentary glass and it tasted good. Restaurant is nice and clean. I'd recommend trying the meatballs. My husband got the mazithra. We weren't expecting it to be a dry pasta but it was good.

Pretty good! Food was good, prices were high, drinks were fun. The bread appetizer in the beginning was pretty annoying. You have to cut it yourself and it’s very hard to do and makes a mess all over the table. Other than that we had a nice time

Food and service was outstanding!

I ordered Spicy spaghetti Vesuvius 3 courses meal & Diced marinated chicken. Minestrones soup is very tasty. Spumoni ice cream comes with 3 flavors in single scoop; chocolate, cherry & pistachio. You may omit additional side dish of marinated chicken. It’s a bit salty & nice to eat with Alfredo but not with Vesuvius which already come with pieces of meat, sausage & meatball. And already has deep flavor. If want to taste different spaghetti, order Pot Pourri which comes with 4 flavors in one go.

Our friends shared this was their favorite restaurant, so we drove from Eugene to eat there and celebrate our friend’s birthdays. The appetizer and salads were good but the main course was disappointing for my husband and me. My husband’s Chicken Alfredo was quite salty but no other real flavor. I ordered the pasta with brown butter sauce but it was extremely dry and difficult to eat. I took most of it home and made my own brown butter sauce and it was better. The servers did a nice job of singing “Happy Birthday” and our server, Isaiah, did a good job. He was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the decor and being seated in a sunny spot. Seats not very comfortable for my husband. I don’t think we’d drive there, again, since we have great Italian restaurants where we live. But it was a good time, overall.

This location itself was quite nice. We went during a busy dinner rush but our reservation saved us from waiting very long. The food was what you'd expect from a chain restaurant but overall good! The waitress we had in the bar seating was fantastic.

I was hoping for the flavor experience of the Eugene, Oregon back in the day's Spaghetti Warehouse. Well, sadly it wasn't even close. The servings were smallish for almost $20 per plate. The Manager Brandon was super nice. He did offer to give us the Garlic Cheese Bread for free. This came about because the server had no clue how the app worked. She also kept saying if I downloaded the app longer than 24 hours ago, then the Garlic Cheese Bread is free, but that she didn't know how the app truly worked. Since she didn't have a clue, she went & got the Manager, Brandon. He looked at my phone & repeated what she said, about the 24 hour rule. I explained that I had downloaded the app in January & that this was my first visit. He said he wasnt sure then whythe downloaded app wasn't allowing me to see the first reward of free Garlic Cheese Bread, so he gave it to us for free. I noticed as we sat, that a piece of my silverware; a spoon, had some dried food schmootz on it, so I set it to the side, yuckie. The Garlic Cheese Bread came with Marinara sauce. I normally hate Marinara sauce, but this was super nice, very fresh & tomatoey, instead of heavy on the Italian spices, which for me is a total turn off, when the spices override the flavor. The Marinara sauce paired very well with the Garlic Cheese Bread & the amount of pieces was a good amount. Our Salads were literally drenched & floating in water, what in the world is that about? Our server was not very adept, quite forgetful, spaced out & not observant. We were not impressed with her skills, but she had a nice smile & she was pleasant. My dining partner ordered the Meat Lover's Treat & he said he wouldn't order it again. He said there wasn't enough sauce on it & the Spaghetti Noodles & that they were dried out. He said, the Italian Sausage link was good however & so were his 2 Meatballs. I ordered the Manager's Favorite. My half & half choices were Mizithra Cheese with Browned Butter & Rich Meat Sauce. I agree with my dining partner, the Noodles were dried out & the sauce was skimpy. There was a ton of browned butter pooled on the bottom of the dish, underneath my dry noodles but, a very small amount of the Mizithra Cheese was grated on top. I was truly hoping for the Naked Spaghetti I used to get at the Spaghetti Warehouse in Eugene years ago. It was a large amount of creamy shredded cheese like Monterey Jack, with a bit of browned butter. It was always fantastic & the noodles were never dried out. It was also piping hot, which mine here was not. We had a very hard time getting our servers attention & when we did, she kept forgetting in one minute what she needed to bring us, then she had to go & redo the receipt because we were charged for the Garlic Cheese Bread. The Restaurant itself is beautiful, I loved the decor. Now, in typing this, we sadly have discovered we cannot rack up the points on the app for the money we spent, for the rewards, due to the fact that you're supposed to scan or type in your receipt number into the app to record your purchase & neither of us have the receipt. Had we have had that explained to us by the Manager or the Server, when we both originally asked how the app & rewards program works, we would have kept the receipt & done it the indicated way. We really wanted to try it a 2nd time, but we have decided the drive from Eugene to Corvallis isn't worth it. Sorry...sigh...

An old favorite...I remember it from my youth and was glad to find one in Corvallis. Lots of traditional Italian favorites, many with their own twist. A bit pricey, so save it for the right occasion. Definitely kid friendly.

Great food, great prices, fun decor. My choice for Italian family dining in Corvallis. I recommend the Spaghetti Vesuvius. Plenty of free parking.

Great place to stop while traveling through Corvallis. Waitress was very good and had our food out quickly. It was a fun atmosphere and food was good. I recommend it if you like spaghetti!
