Placed an order at the kiosk to pay in cash. 2 cravings boxes. Waited 15 minutes for someone to working on the line to weakly say service up front or something like that. Waited another 5 minutes and gave up. A door dasher was next to us complaining he'd been there for 15 minutes waiting for his orders. He waited another 5 before getting his orders. This was around noon, they really need to better staff their restaurant. I worked at this taco bell for a year, and did not see much hustle on the line at all. Frustrating. Waiting in line simulator 1/10
It's Taco bell. The only real difference, is it's Taco Bell during a worldwide pandemic and shortages. Some of the prices have gone up, however overall the quality of the food hasn't declined. It's still process fast food, that you didn't have to make yourself.For this particular Taco Bell, the lines weren't terribly long for myself, and my order was correct.
New UPDATED: WARNING DOORDASH DRIVERS: TOLD BY TACOBELL EMPLOYEE THAT THEY DONT PRIORITIZE ONLINE ORDERS. THEY SAY THE HELP THE PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY FIRST!!! EVEN WHEN THEY MAKE YOU GO INTO THE LOBBY. YOU DONT COUNT AS A “LOBBY COSTOMER”(Old) Told to go in lobby to pick up doordash orders. Tried to go in and the door is locked. They won’t bring out the food. Told to go through drive through.... 7 cars passed by the time i got back to the car to go wait in the line. DOORDASHERS CAN GET A BAD RATING FOR BEING LATE.Still in line 14 mins later. Thanks Taco Bell.UPDATE: (about a weekish later) LOL THEY SAID YOU CANNOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH ANYMORE AND HAVE TO GO INTO THE LOBBY.Thanks for the grease bag. I feel bad for your customer I’m delivering to.You guys are messed up. Whatever is more convenient for you. ?
Acknowledged us immediately placed order quickly received meal immediately very courteous polite& they gave me a drink & taco free with my meal because I ordered wrong but they honored it& promptly brought my order to me outstanding customer service they deserve a raise for sure thankyou!
Location does good service. But taco bell quality is terrible these days. Not worth it anymore.
even though the line was 15+ cars deep, the wait time was still only 1-2 .inutes per car. Order was accurate, minus missing napkins and hot sauce, but the store was so busy Its easy to miss.
It's Taco Bell so the food tastes like you expect but this location always forgets something in your order.
I ordered 2 burrito supremes,mild sauce and two damn cinnamon twists. And once again they messed up my order!!! I didn’t get my damn cinnamon twists! It isn’t hard to handle simple small order. Whoever handled my order should be fired immediately!!!!!!!
Food generally meets expectations, and the hours make this place a go-to for a person who has odd hours like me.It feel like they forget something on every order though. Always small stuff, so still a 4/5, but add-ons have a chance to be forgotten.
this taco bell, wasnt bad. it tasted like regular taco bell, but of course people make mistakes. for the sake of constructive criticism, they didnt get our order right. they got our basic order right, but not to the specifications. for example, i asked for no sour cream, but i still had sour cream. this isnt a BIG thing, but it could be dangerous for some people. overall, it was clean and fast, and the employees were very polite!
