I have celiac and I've been able to eat gluten free at many different subway stores without getting sick. I got sick from this one. I had to push and convince the employee working to take the proper allergen precautions (all other subway stores do them automatically or ask if I need them due to allergy). She took some of the precautions(the ones I had to push for) but evidently was not trained in any allergen issues or cross contamination. There was only her and one other employee working at the time and they both seemed new to the job so they clearly shouldn't have been left to run the store by themselves. Overall, the employees are very poorly trained and I do not recommend this place unless you happen to like cross contaminated food.
Cashier was nice. Sandwich was good. Bathroom clean...Checked all the boxes..?
Very slow service. This is the second time I walked out before placing an order. Another guy that was in line front of me walked out after I did too. And its not like they dont have staff, there was someone in uniform that peeked out of the back and saw people in line and disappeared. I guess the owner doesn't care they are loosing sales.
Never going back there again. The manager named Elena was rude with the employees and make fun of customers choices. I do not recommend. Get her out!
