4.5! The best bar food ever in Corvallis, the steak actually is tasty and I’m so surprised. Food are much more better than most of the bar. Price can be a little higher but it’s all good! They used to make some cucumbers drinks and they don’t do it anymore it’s so sad.You can order online so you don’t have to wait for them to service you which is great.
Listen to the other bad reviews that describe how bad it is to order there. They try to make it a all on the customer experience, no servers that take your order. It's all through their website ordering. Then when you have additional questions about how to order for multiple people, the employees are so burnt out on it themselves they treat you badly for asking. The food was good but the employees and the ordering system is a work in progress that needs serious tweaking to not ruin the whole experience.Good view is on the rooftop but unfortunately the good food menu is on the middle floor where you have to sit to eat it. Just as your starting to think the food is good then the dumpster smell from below you in the alley comes up to greet you.
We were less than impressed with the new changes. You order your food online and it all comes at different times. Then no one checks to see how you are, no refills, no do you need anything. It's like eating fast food but paying restaurant prices. When we asked the hostess if refills were a thing anymore and she told us yes but water had a self serve station. Needless to say we won't be going back.
Recently, I joined a group friend's at Skyhigh for beer and food. Instead of chatting and enjoying each other's company, we spent 15 minutes trying to place individual beer orders using the QR code ap. It was a TERRIBLE experience. Orders were mixed up and came so late, I had to get up to chase the orders down. The waiter and bartender seemed sympathetic and tried to be helpful within the constraints of the system. They were not at fault. I think your decision to go with the QR system might work for some and may save you some money, but I won't be returning.
The food is excellent it used to be one of my favorite places to visit. However now it appears you have to order online from your phone, share one menu, get your own water, and nobody comes to check on you or serve the table in any way. That is fine if you expect it but when I go out for a meal I don't usually plan to serve myself, strange. Saved huge on the tip as I didn't really feel there was much service to worry about. Just know before you go, definitely a different vibe than the past. Too bad.
They allow minors, unlike many places in the area.
Very weird feel to the place with the ordering system and completely hands free. If you want anything, have any question, etc... you have to go to the bar to talk to someone. Tater tots oversalted to the point they were not edible. Had a basic burger - if they would toast the bun it would have been great. No toasting so it was below average. Will not go back.Good views.
We ordered using a Qr code and app named Toast. It was so easy, no awkward waiting for the check! Our food was abundant and delicious. I will say the Po boy shrimp batter is not the same as pre-covid shrimp batter. Tot, tots galore what's not to love. I had th lavender lemon drop! Yum. Nice selection of beers. Indoor space is spacious and outdoor space is cozy and heated. There is a rooftop bar for spectacular views but it was not open today due to the weather.
Nice views from the roof deck. Food is decent if you’re into bar food. I appreciated them being willing to make me totchos.
Beers always awesome with lots to chose from. The food hasn’t been the greatest for a while now. Got the shrimp poboy and it was not worth it. 2 stars for food but beer is a solid 5 stars.
