We stopped by Corvallis while relocating from the SF Bay Area to Seattle area and had an amazing dinner here. It was a 5 star experience and we will definitely stop by again if we are ever in the area in the future!I am allergic to soy, dairy, and gluten, and Sada Sushi was very accommodating. The gluten free tempura shrimp was so good we forgot to take a picture before eating it all! Note that it is fried in the same fryer as regular gluten stuff so if you are celiac or more allergic than I am, then it might not be the best option. The sashimi platter and nigiri were very fresh and delicious. No allergic reaction of any kind was noted from my end.A week later, we had realized that we forgot to take the itemized receipt for expensing the meal and the manager Kimberly was very helpful in promptly sending us a copy via email. Thanks again!
Most Fancy Japanese place in Corvallis, but the thing is their rice dish could be either too sweet or salty, except the curry dish. They have prefect appetizers tho:)
The food is absolutely amazing! So delicious and the prevention of each dish is beautiful. The staff is always so friendly and willing to lightly joke with anyone that comes in. It's a welcoming environment and the wait times are understandable. Lots of people ordering lots of food and there's only Sonny of them but it's perfect! 10 out of 10 will recommend this place to anyone! I love it there!
Really good experience here. Very nice atmosphere and our server was polite and engaging. Food was very yummy and fairly priced.
I'm going to give it a 5 because the sushi is lovely and the creativity is beautiful. The last two times we've gone the wait has been pretty long. I know we sometimes take bigger groups (6 or 7) but it can be a long wait. The staff was helpful and attentive when they had time. I think next time we need to order some bento boxes or veg tempura to eat while they make all the sushi we order. My fave is still the hamachi nigiri. Hard to beat.
Very tasty food but I went home and 4 hours later felt terrible. I believe I ate something here that did it but obviously can't be sure. I had the following on 1/16/2021.1. Sushi deluxe2. Sushi special with cream cheese, tuna tartar and jalapeno.I also think I may have just had too much sushi. I don't want to give a bad star rating as I don't know if this was a fluke, or maybe it is lunch that is getting me now, I just want to put it out there in case.
The ebi was stripped of flavor and seemingly over cooked, worst I’ve had anywhere, I would have rather had a Safeway version. The Trojan roll was difficult to swallow and the Beaver roll sparked no joy. The tempura was good enough and the miso soup was pleasant. Highlight of the night, cucumber skins in rice wine, off menu item.
Our family order had a bit of everything, and all — including serious foodies — were well satisfied. Our takeout was promptly available, and even challenging tempura was delicious. Soups, ramen, two seaweed salads — get the “raw” one if adventurous— immense bento boxes, lovely sushi selections. Fabulous treat -/ what a great addition for Corvallis!! Certainly returning.
Enjoyed are experience. The staff where kind and the food was very good.
Food is wonderful. Service could use a little help. Maybe need to hire more servers.
