We absolutely LOVE Qdoba. We usually have a minimum 30 to 40 minute drive to get to one from home. (Bridgeport village location is our favorite) So, when out and about we often stop if there's one where we're at when ready to eat. We've been to every location in the Portland, Beaverton areas. The Corvallis location is by far the worst experience we've had. Very loud music. I get it, college town. My daughter attending OSU years ago is how I know of Qdoba. When employees can't hear you and you have to ask someone to repeat your total, literally 5 times because you can't hear them that's a bit much. Our bowls look like childrens menu items. Less than half filled yet full price paid. I've never had a Qdoba be so chincy on ingredients. Not even a half spoon of queso. The bowls we get are usually fairly "wet." These were the driest, most difficult to eat ever.Definitely won't stop here again.
Every time we go in there’s an issue. More than once the order was lost and I had to show the people what we ordered online and read it off to them so they could make it. There’s either no sour cream, or guacamole when there isn’t supposed to be. One time a guy making food told me “that’s not our problem” when I had to go back and get an order fixed. We get the same thing every time and tonight half the fajitas were so spicy we couldn’t eat them. On top of all this the customer service is horrible. Always unfriendly and never respond when you say thank you. Please fix these issues.
Worst QDOBA store I’ve been to.Always not clean, understaffed, and not fresh. The owners work there, avoid them if you can. The owners are rude and stingy, I asked for pickled o lines and she gave me 2 slices. If you are craving that type of fast food in Corvallis, you are better off at chipotle a few blocks away.
They charge 4.99 for delivery and they only delivered half of my order. I had to go to the restaurant to pick up the rest of it because a driver wasn't available to deliver the rest of our order. Not going to pay to use their delivery service again.
the brown rice in my bowl is hard and severely undercooked. Chewing it felt like it was going to break my teeth. I went up and let the employees know. they were really nice and remade the bowl for me!
This review is as an uber eats driver. I've been delivering for a week, each time I've come in previously I wait in the long line to pickup the order. Each time I'm told by the employee helping me (always a college kid) that I can just grab the pickup off of the pickup rack. Today I decided to just go straight to the rack because waiting in the long line doubles my delivery time and results in no tip. As I grab my pickup, I'm yelled at by a middle aged woman (probably manager) saying that I need to wait in line. I tried to nicely tell her that on all of my previous pickups from here, your employess have told me to just grab it myself. She then rudely says "no they haven't, you're lying". I'm sorry if you hate your job, but maybe communicate to your employees that that's not allowed instead of taking it out on drivers. Every other experience here has been good.
The best thing about Qdoba is the coupons. The are constantly running a promotion that is buy one get one free, and they have the coupons on the back of Fred Meyer receipts and in student mailers that go out frequently in the mail. I wouldn't pay full price for it, but 2 burritos and a drink for around $10 is a good deal. And it's pretty similar in quality to chipotle for that price.
I was refused drinking water (not bottled) without paying several dollars because they had no water cups.If I have to pay water I will gladly walk an extra 2 minutes to chipotle.
Most of the employees are nice and helpful but the older man, presumably the manager, was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I was just trying to get a quesadilla and he literally was ignoring what I was saying and literally forgot to put cheese in it and when I kindly asked to get cheese IN MY QUESADILLA he didn’t say anything and rudely threw the cheese not even spreading it on the quesadilla. He then didn’t ask if I wanted sauces and walked away so I had to ask another employee who was busy working on online orders for help. He was also rude when I simply asked for a drink at the end as well. So unprofessional and awful experience with him I feel bad for the people that have to work with him.
The older gentleman needs to be fired. He has been so so rude every time we go in :/ literally forgot to put cheese on our quesadillas and got mad when we asked for cheese on them?? Everything else is great but that guys NEEDS to go
