Last week we ordered from here, after two hours we called only to be told it was delivered, but not to us. Lol We we’re offered either a refund or they remake it, but it was going to be three hours! We choose refund. Last night at 8:15 we placed an order, which prompted us to realize we were never refunded for the last lost order. We decided we call today and speak with a manager. So after about 45 minutes we checked the app, they never took our order. Didn’t call to say hey were closing early, nothing. These are just two terrible issues, there’s so many more!
They didn’t deliver my order that I ordered at 5:15, I called to get it corrected they said it was dropped off at an apartment complex and I live in a house. 2 hours later and still no pizza after I called them to correct it 45 minutes ago. They had no idea my order was messed up and needed to be sent back out. I have a crying five year old now. They offered to remake it for a third time but I seriously doubt they would deliver that one. When I asked to speak to the manager they were “on break.” Now there is no dinner, I’m out 35 bucks, and it’s late at night.
Even with a contactless delivery, I think the driver should knock on the door. My pizza never arrived and had to be remade after I called the location wondering where my pizza was.
Pizza had no sauce, tasted like cardboard and was overpriced. Never again. ?
Well bring back better topings and seasonings for the crust that you removed from the options.
Pizza was ready on time, Liked the online order process. Pizza was hot, great crust and toppings. Counter person was pleasant and ready to hand me my pizza.
The pan pizza was soggy and not crisp enough, there were very few toppings and the cheese and toppings started 1.5 inches from the edge.
Helped getting a group fed on a short notice. Good staff.
Every time I’ve ordered from here it’s been on time and the correct order. Last night I ordered a pizza and cinnamon bites and it took longer than expected and was completely wrong. I ordered a $10 tastemaker thin crust with pepperoni sausage and peppers with a side of cinnamon bites. What showed up was a medium hand tossed with onions mushrooms pineapple and pepperoni with no side desserts. I was too hungry after working all day to wait another hour for a new pizza. I probably won’t order from here again. I’ll pay more money to get the right order somewhere else or less money to get a standard pizza somewhere else.
I've been ordering from this pizza hut for like the past 3 years. Always consistent, always early, and always delicious. My order is always right, because I like to switch it up. Their wings are really good. In store it seems they don't have anywhere to sit but my order is always ready within a couple minutes upon arrival. The app makes it worth while because you can literally earn a free pizza or other rewards if you so choose. Best affordable pizza place by far. My next pick would be Woodstocks but they aren't cheap.
